Er...you are forgetting the legendary Peugeot 205 GTI!. Alot of reviews say it's more satisfying than the Clio williams....it is a favourite amoung car journalists...and it's also what I'm saving up for.
It will be nice to have a race with all the hot european hatchbacks.
They are small but have a lot of potencial:
Renault:
Clio Williams {2.0L} '94 vs R5 GT Turbo {1.4L Turbo} '89 vs Clio Sport {2.0L} '06
Ford:
Fiesta RS Turbo {1.6L Turbo} '93 vs Fiesta XR-2 {1.8L} '92 vs Fiesta ST {1.6L Turbo} '08
Volkswagen:
Polo G40 {1.3L Kompressor} '93 vs Golf II GTi {2.0L} '98 vs Polo GTi {1.6L} '06
Opel/Vauxhall:
Corsa GSi {1.6L} '93 vs Corsa GSi {1.8L} '06 vs Corsa GTC {1.6L Turbo} '08
. . .
I'd like to see V16T v Diablo v F40.
Thats why I put the ( . . . ) in the end of my list, you can put another cars if you want!
Peugeot 205 GTi {1.9L} you have a lots of them, but dont forget the Clio Williams was a limited edition model and have 150hp, more 25hp than the Peugeot.
The big problem of the clio was is price.
In Wikipedia you have this article:
"Respected motoring journalists consistently rate the Williams as one of the very best hot hatches ever made. One of its many accolades was 6th place in Evo's Car Of The Decade feature in 2004".
There has never been a 1.6i Turbo Fiesta in 2008. The Fiesta ST has a 2.0i Duratec engine from the Ford Mondeo, slanted in at a 30-degree angle to fit. It produces 148bhp, 0-62 mph in 8.2 seconds and onto 137mph. The rumoured 2010 Fiesta ST may have a blown 1.6i engine though...
Cizeta V-16=
Ugliest supercar remake ever. The F40 and diablo would cream it.
Yeah...if your taking about the fact that the Cizeta looks like the Diablo (ignore this if you're not), a major fact you should know is that the Cizeta was designed before the Diablo. The two cars were done by the same guy and the front was simply lifted off the Cizeta and onto the Lambo.
The Lambo is the real remake.
And as for the Lambo and the F40 creaming it? The lambo has less power and would be just as bad round the corners, and the F40 would get flogged on the straights.
Yea maybe but, in terms of what car's back can fit through a narrow road, the f40 and diablo would cream it. Besides' the diablo didn't have 6 headlights and people actually bought it. Plus, the diablo didn't come from a company that doesn't exist now.
dibs on the Mosler
Monaro for me. Does anyone know if Mosler compete in anything above the GT3 class?
I would think the Elise and the Merc would get shredded by the Porsche and the Macca.
As for LMP1...hmmm it's a toss up between the 908 and the R15
I would think the 599 - while a tiny bit faster - would be a better match for the DBS, they are both hardened GTs.

Lotus Elise GT1 vs. Porsche 911 GT1 vs. Mercedes CLK GTR vs. McLaren F1 LM vs. TVR Cerbera Speed 12
If you have a bucketload of money and want a homologated special (except the tvr), what would you buy?

I'd take the McLaren, or perhaps the best GT1 car EVAR the Corvette C6.R.![]()
mPWRD: I see where you are coming from...but I think the suspension and chassis setup on the Scag would be to soft and wollowy for track use - much like the DB9 is on GT5P.
I'd take Porsche......
Hey!!!!!! The C6R is mine!!!!! You took the monaro. And the TVR cerebra speed 12 was not a race car. It was a hardcore race ready road car(if my TVR history is correct)
