Epic battles you're looking forward to in GT5?

I hope a DBR9 will be in the game, would love to race with it against a C6.R.
I also cant wait to test the LM cars against eachother (i mean the fictional LMs), i did that in GT4 too, was cool to see which car was better in which situation.

Maybe if Chevrolet took the pathetic run-flats off the Z06 and put semi-slicks on and went back. That's what Nissan's doing.

Nissan ran the fabled lap time with the tyres that are sold together with the car to consumers.

It's every manufacturer's choice to put what ever tyres they want on their cars. With this, it's more a question of who offers the best package. An off the shelf GTR beat an off the shelf GT2. If the off the shelf GT2 wants and shot at off the shelf GTR, then it'll have to get better tyres. Granted, with the same tyres, maybe it is a better car, but I don't think Porsche are going to sell consumers a 500hp out-of-balance RWD car without some decent rubber on it in the first place. The Z06 is selling out to the mass market to have something more user friendly and appeal the the more casual enthusiast.

Me too pal... i love Aston Martin, best put together vehicle in all of the UK... isn't there such thing as the DBSR or the DBSR9?

the funny thing of this is the pricing on the slowest car (The Ford GT) is more expensive than any of these other cars... and faster than the most expensive car (Buggati Veyron)

The viper must have been driven at 50mph to do 7:59, it should be within a 5 second range of the vette, not a 16 second range.

That would be a sight, I love most of the cars in this list! I'd say the 205 GTi would have it, though, I saw a pair of those going round in tandem and they were passing basically every other car out there, lift-off drifting all over the place... And they were English!

It would be great if these cars are in GT5 with its official liveries.
Subaru is expected, because the previous WRC Subarus apeared in previous GT´s. It seems theres a good relationship between Citroen and PD too, so...

About the car licenses, as far as i know Sony had the WRC Championship license, the WRC games (for PS2) were developed by the same studio that made Motorstorm.

I hope to drive them in race tracks and tarmac point to point races (if PD put these in the game). I dont usually like gravel/Rally in GT series. I think its not very well implemented.
Narrow and twisty tarmac roads would fit these cars well. Like Corsica rallye.

I have to warn you, Jordan is really good. Like, seriously. He beat me in 9 out of 10 races at suzuka 550 rwd with both of us in evoras. Well, there's a difference though. I have a wobbly low little table, he has a cockpit. I have a bad old dark TV, he has a newer one. I've only had my wheel for a few weeks now, he's had his for a long time. But i was right on his tail the whole time.

The BTCC was good, but I've had the same battles with the the Dutch Customs race crew at Daytona Road. The DTM however, that was epic, but the physics and graphics would have to improve for me to replicate some of those things - whereas I am VERY familier to overshooting a brake point
