Stupid? Perhaps. I could agree, but non the less - I would like to know how he got his Escudo over 2000 hp as I haven't been able to get any of mine over 1900 hp. Have you? I would think that a car with over 2000HP would be worth discussing. :odd:

well i've used my f090/s more than any other car combined and it hasnt lost hp my escudo has bout 1/10 the amount of mileage that my f090/s has

Is you F090/S at 711hp?

yes it is, its been there since the first oil change i gave it

Ahh....if you would have changed the oil, before you even drove it (still green oil) the max HP would have been around 734 or so.

This is the case will all new cars. Change out the factory oil with the good stuff. :)

You're right, I don't have one, but i'm not feeling left out. From what I've heard this car is only good for racing the Superspeedway on rubberband auto pilot and tricking it to go over 1000 mph, two things I probably won't ever do.

And I think my TVR Speed 6 kicks ass!

tt just drop it and what is the rubberband trick anywayz

You switch the accelerator to the right analog controller. Pull the two controller sticks together and the Escudo will ride the wall full throtle the whole Super Speedway endurance.

Hi, I actually call the Escudo "A cheat Car", it really has no place in GT3, if I used it against anyother car, I would feel like I was cheating. It's nothing more than a play thing, for guys to mess about with, then go bragging about what speed they have done.
If anyone can't win with the Escudo, they must be crap drivers on any gran turismo game. IMHO

Now if someone said, they could break the one minute round Deep Forest with a Supra, that to me, would be more impressive than saying, I've done 1500mph in my Escudo!!!!

:( can anyone tell me where the glitch is in the race course seattle 2 i want to go out of the track and then go 3 billion MPH lol just fooling about :P

Not I......However, I wouldn't call it a waste for those who had purchased it. It's hella fun on the rally courses and quite entertaining on the street courses when you loosin' up all the settings so you can rally the streets! Have you tried that? Tis a good time yes? I have to agree, more of a toy than a commodity.

this is what i done and it worked

The settings:

For some serious speeding
Max out the power with highest turbo and parts etc - then:
SPRING RATE= 4.0kg(all the way left) front and rear
RIDE HEIGHT=75MM(all the way left) front and rear
GEAR RATIO=auto setting 48(all the way right)
FINAL GEAR=2.000(all the way left)
DOWN FORCE=front .38(all the way left)
rear 1.08(all the way right)
ASM=0(all the way left)
TCS=0(all the way right)

The guide:

Now that's only half the battle, here's the goodies...

First off you need to go in reverse so you can try multiple times, and you
won't get cut off, next you obviously have to hit 230mph to have lift off,
now if you just round the track and fly towards the sky you probably will hit
anywhere between 500 and 700 without any effort.
Now if you want to get up, and reach the gods, heres the scoop - what you want
is to come off the turn as close to 230 as possible, if you ride the wall you
will keep slowing down way past 230. To overcome this problem, you need to
keep hitting the hand brake slowly, so you can come inside the track a little
on the turn, try to time it so you hit about 250 with the track is just gonna
straighten out, so you loose about 15mph on impact, and come out off the turn
at around 228-230(ideally)
The next important step is as soon as you come off the turn, keep tapping to
the left, you obviously have minimal control with these settings and speed, so
you will only be able to nudge it to the left, or right, depending which way
your going, in other words away from the wall. Now this is important because,
and ideally what you want is to come off at an angle so when you go across the
straight away, and get into the next turn, you hit it at an angle and have
about 1 sec longer to add another 1-200mph to the increasing speed....

if you have the pal version like me come off the corner about 370km/h. that will get you around 1290km/h. if you come off the corner at about 400 you will get 1950km/h +. i have got around 1950km/h. if you have problems e-mail me.

dayboy is right if u do change the final gear ratio u will max out with 236.1mph with the escudo

I only bought it cuz at the time i didnt have a rally car so i bought it and raced the smokey mountain races and whooped up on the other car.

Nope, I didn't waste a million, i just did all the rally events to get one. I didn't get all gold with the intention of getting the Escudo, I just want to get all gold on every single race on GT3. Finished beginner and amateur and rally, just half of professional and half of endurance to go...... :)

Wow! Your farther along in GT3 than me but i havent really played it since last sunday. I've done like one race a day and i dont consider that really playing

You sure? I beat all the races in rally league except for the wet courses with an escudo. I know that's cheating but the next best thing was an RSI.
