Yes, I also think that there was a lot of cutts that was not reported in my races. And life is not always fair, not even videogames

For me, the main thing is that if we use a 2 wheel inside the white line rule. There will be no openings for cutts that has an impact on the result. As it is for now, I can cut the last corner in Trial mountain and take the win, cause it's legit..

This is the part that I don't like. That if I get overtaken in that last corner in trial mountain because of a cut, there is nothing I can do about it. Since we are all clean drivers as you say, that rule would only be for good. 👍

But I do understand all your arguments as well 👍

Hopefully when we get to Trial Mountain, PD has get us the
possibility to cut that out.

Now in Suzuka we´re gonna try that "white line rule", and when U
drive out of the pits, you´re not allowed the cross the white
line either. For repeating corner cutts we give 10 secs penalty.

But as I´m sure You understand, I havent got the time to watch these. So please, if somebody sees something, take a photo of the cutting as evidence.

Think we´re going though to skip the "Gentleman Rule" in the
Race, because its hard to say if there was contact or not. So
I suggest that we race normally, and watch the replays then after the Race instead.

Heres a few tips for everyone:

1. Be careful in the first corner.Its a long race, there comes
opportunities for overtaking many many times.
2.Be careful the first laps, as your car has cold tires.
3.If there isn´t room, don´t try to overtake. It will most sure
lead to a collision and penalties.
4.Drive with the track map set to 1 or 2. You will see were
everyone is , when yuo´re defending your position.
5. You are only allowed to change line once when somebodys
slipstreaming.Do it twice or goin like a snake results in 5 sec penalty.
6.Respect members of the other Teams also.

Corner-cutting rule added for try-out at Suzuka:

You have to keep always 2 tires inside or on the white line.
Cutting once 3 secs penalty, repeatidly 10 secs.
The same when coming out of the pits, you must stay inside
the white line there also.

Also i read the rules and the 2 wheels inside rule is kinda unfair. What if you make a mistake and dont gain anything. but have lets say 4 wheels outside the track.
Then you get penalty and plus you made a mistake? thats not really fair in my opinion. But i guess you arent that hard if someone makes a mistake?

I wish that the game itself could take care of these

No penalties for goin wide by mistake though.
I think more if someones using all the time the
same place to gain time, then we´ll give penalties.

PS. I knew that all the focus will be around this

Then there will be the "ghost cars" and they are
so annoying, and causes collisions also.

No penalty for the occansional misstake. But if a driver is viewed as cutting a corner as part of his normal driving line, then penaly should be given.

Nobody will review the replay, look at all cars to catch potential corner cutters. Someone will have to flag a protest to another driver giving some facts. Then it should be specifically reviewed and if wrong, penalty given. Don't know how much. But it should be significantly bigger than the time gained by cutting the corners.

Yeah just keep it simple. I dont even think it will be a problem. Noone is going to be stupid enough to keep cutting corners when there is such close racing and everyone can see each other, dust being kicked up etc.
If you see someone doing it over and over then just report it after the race and it can be looked at.

In other news....pre race will be good I hope everyone can find there grid slots on the formation lap, should be straightforward. 👍

just to see how it will work. I´m also curious about peoples
connections. Think if somebodys having NAT 3 or using wireless
they should fix it by Thursday.

U could also use pingtest, I understand that it is more important

U could test UK, L.A, Fin, Den and Swe. For ex. If U live in Sweden,
test the ping to the other countries that is in this series.
I took L.A also ´cause Masi(DEN) lives there I suppose.

Think if the results is A, there shouldn´t be any problems.

Ofcourse you don't get a penalty going off the track! It's only if you gain on it.

Just a simple misjudgement will not give you a penalty.

I've been trying for a good couple of hours now and I don't seem to be able to get under 55's. I know I'm loosing a good .3 to .4 in the first section mainly because I cut the chicanes earlier then needed be but even when I think I'm doing a good 2nd section I still never manages to get below 55's. And, in all fairness, when I do 55's I might be considered cutting the last chicane, even though if I do it offline it still O.K's the time? Two wheels on track but.. Yeah, I'll definitely not take the same line in the race, just to make sure. I'm not going to be any competition for top ten this race, but race I will!

I can´t drive anymore...I got yesterday a G27 for a try-out. I didn´t learn how to drive with it.

Now the sweet Lady from the Post Office bringed me today my new Fanatec wheel. Well I can´t drive it either.

So I went back to the DFGT which I have used now for a week or so since my old DF Pro got some issues.

Guess what, I can´t even drive that anymore now when i´ve messed up with the two new ones.
