Excellent tune , my friend . Yesterday night in online room I drove it at Monza : great grip and agility. I just lowered the aero to 400/700. Not won for a little mistake on parabolic but at 1.5" by winner

Bye Massimo

Thanks, Its good that this tune is helping with online races. I shall try out the Aero adjustments on my tune seen as they helped you. See what effect it has. Cheers for the excellent feedback :)

This car does not have the same handling as the M3 or the Audi but it is very fast in a straight line and it will go round corners as long as you don't overcook the throttle on entry. It is a sweet ride which cruises to wins very easily.

This car is excellent. I cannot describe how well this car drives on open tracks like Apricot Hill and similar tracks.
Edit: Used on Ascari 10 Lap race in the Super Licence Races, It is an easy win and non-stressful. Just keep it on the track and you'll win by 40 seconds+ with one fuel stop. The fuel runs out before the tyres do.

Tuned with TCS 1 and ABS 1 only.

A little a simple information : which is the max speed on the straight , i.e. High Speed ring ? I need a car to compete with the ultrafast Mazda RX500 at 500pp : 295 Kmh online and without nitro....seen on the replay :(

This car is very well behaved but you may need to watch throttle control in some corners depending on the track.

I will test it now and see what top speed i can get in it. It may require the final gear being lengthened to get that speed.

Edit: in its current setting (SH Tyres), it will reach 163-164mph easily. Your target is 183mph. I am not sure this car is going to get to 183mph in the space allowed as I don't even go into the rev limiter on the long straight.

SS Tyres - 167 - 170mph is the top end I can reach when I change the final gear to 3.140

Thank you, then maybe on fast circuits seems most appropriate the M3 CSL or even Ferrari Dino 246. Mazda is a real beast ......:D

You are very correct! I just ran this race (as I hadn't actually completed it yet) and even with my not so brilliant skills on Ascari, I won by 42 seconds. This included going off about 15 times and pitting on Lap 6 for fuel. The R8 Chrome Line feels like it was built for that place. The stopping power for the sharp corners was so good I nearly always pulled up short and had to roll into the corner before hitting the accelerator.

The M3 CSL would probably be my choice as car. The Ferrari Dino is excellent (and very fast) but i would imagine that you'd need a more stable chassis to fight the RX500's online.

Next set of tunes to be done are my project cars which have been sitting in my garage for a while. New cars which I havn't yet started are going to be a batch of AE cars which came with GT6 when I pre-ordered it. I have been using other peoples tunes on those cars but I am going to see if I can give them my personal touch.

Hey you have a great list of tunes. I have tried a load out and they are all awesome. Especially the drifting tune for the Nissan. I never try any drifting as I am just too awful with that side of stuff. However I really wanted the green chrome paint so I gave it a shot. On my second try i got like ~8500 points :)

Keep it up.

Thanks. The Nissan GT-R drift tune is my personal favourite (drift tune) of all the drifts I created. I love how reactive the steering is on it. I managed 9500 on my best go but I left about 2000 points on the table as I could never get consistent drifts through the final sector. I will keep producing more quality tunes. No worries on that one :) I agree with you on the Green chrome paint. I painted it on my Shelby Chrome Line and it looks stunning.

I didn't bother after I got the gold I couldn't get out of there quick enough haha. Ahhh i'm still deciding what to use it on, I did try it on my Zonda R but the colour didn't come through that good. It kind of was tinted with the original black colour, I then tested it out on another car and it was fine with that one. I am thinking the merc 300 sl coupe chrome line. I love that car.

I went for a more traditional silver colour (to make it a silver arrow) but I think green would be awesome on that car too. Sterling Moss would be proud! The Chrome Line cars are brilliant, I had a fun time tuning those up. I never got bored of looking at them.

Does GT86 15gth Anniversary Edition uses the same tune?

And any tip on setting trans? Some values here are out of the possible range... I'm new on GT, so I'm almost sure I did something wrong, just asking for some tip....

Thank you and great work...

The 15th Anniversary Edition version of this car is slightly more powerful so the gears will be slightly different. I believe that Praiano63 did a transmission setup for this car and maybe you can exchange the settings from his car into the settings which I created? I don't actually have the 15th Anniversary Edition of this car so I have no way of testing.

The actual tune itself, LSD, Suspension, Braking Balance should be transferable to get the same handling characteristics.

I set up the gear box by selecting the final gear, changing the max speed, set up the gears in this order 1st 0% on bar 2nd 20% on bar, 3rd 40% on bar etc etc until you reach the final gear which is always set to 100% on the bar. It should create a upward (Diagonally) line on the gear graph next to the numbers. That probably doesn't make much sense but hopefull you'll see what I mean when you try the 0%, 20%, 40% etc.

This is a great tune for the MR challenges in the National A series; it made an undrivable car a pleasure. I did have to increase the deceleration in the LSD to 30 to make up for my poor driving. Thanks for putting the effort in and sharing your tunes.

Hey, thanks, thats good to know. Out of interest, which tune are you referring to?

Sorry, just noticed. The Ferrari 512BB '76. I tried a DIY tune but it was too unstable. I plugged your numbers in and was good to go. Thanks again.
As you have probably noticed from my user profile image I am a bit of a Ferrari fan. Glad you liked the Ferrari tune. it was one of my earlier ones, it is lasting well through the version updates that PD have done.
