I too went for a heavy setup. Seemed like the right thing to do.

edit yeah didn't work too well. made gold but 1:21.713 and a top speed of 232 km/h just wont work here.

my GSX is full tuned (all power parts + oil change) and then i add weight till i reach 500 PP. in my case 181 kg. my top speed is 250.

edit : no weight reduction

where is your ballast located? -50? cause at 0 you need to power limit it to 97.3% and need 200 kg ballast or are you only using stage 1 weight redux?
 
I should probably switch to the GSX-R car.. I am only .292 away from gold in a Subaru Impreza but it is already at the limit and I doubt it will be high up in the rankings once I finish this event. What tune is everyone using here for this event? Your miles ahead of me..

if you don't have a base tune already grab mine it caps out at 255 km/h on the front straight and is stable with out AS active.
I keep loosing @LordJCS at the chicane and tunnel 1.
