You just need to find a different groove with AC, like the difference between classical jazz and modern jazz. After reading @Otaliema post above i got this thought i wanted to share with you...
I spend quite some time with GTS(no aids) at the moment. Before i used AC, with a slow, old M3 , no aids/controller... And i was slowly progressing and getting a little better driver... after some weeks i turned AC on to have a look at the update changes.
Now to my point, simracing is a "flow thing" for a part consciously/intuitive for an other part a brain thing, like by brain overrules my feeling for braking-point or car placement before a turn, i guess this is called learning ...
Using GTS a lot - triggered my old bad habbits again and i was rubbish with AC... But in a way i felt @home after years of GT racing...
What is also funny, as a pro-jazz musician, i use a lot of groove/rhythm in my driving... and GTS is a lot groovier than AC...
any thoughts?
Same music different drummer.
