What they should do is make all DLC and games region free and have a universal rating system (so it would work) and not this region lock crap, not just for the games, but all electronics. That would fix all of this.

It's not really a cover up though is it lets face facts here. Ultimately if you wanted the DLC the digital version is what you needed. Just ask yourself what they are covering up, it is a silly conclusion. you should be grateful your getting the F1 games at all, Sony didn't bother releasing them in America full stop.

They are region free. Presumably as you have a PSN tag under your username you must have a PS3. Therefore you can buy a copy of F1 2013 from anywhere in the world and play it.
