*XJ40's Final Entry was not put up for voting, thus making me realise there isn't a procedure for if this happens. If memory serves me correct, TM used to award a user 10 points if this mistake happened and was not spotted, but I cannot find that written down anywhere. I am happy to add this as a rule anyway if there are no objections. It will be 10 points added to whatever their "incorrect" caption scored. EDIT: 10 points added, thus bringing the score from 10 points this round to 20.
Current totals for the season are:
(* denotes round win, ^ denotes shared round win)
Entries by Monday 1st August 0900 BST - please mark your final entry appropriately, and remember that you cannot change it once it has been marked.
Please read the full rules available here before entering.
A reminder for everyone who enters a caption, please remember to vote or you won't receive any points for your caption that round. With lots of entries now it's even more crucial that you don't miss out on voting. It is not the host's obligation to tag you to remind you to vote.
Red Bull Engineer 1: RUN! IT'S KING KONG!
Red Bull Engineer 2: It looks like King Kong, but - due to international copyright laws - it's not.
Red Bull Engineer 1: STILL, WE SHOULD RUN LIKE IT IS KING KONG!
Red Bull Engineer 2: [to camera] Though it isn't.
