I feel we’ll be seeing some fun F1 generation-style custom races/championships from players soon!

I hope more like this emerge - this means that we’ll have an F1 car from:
  • 1950’s (Mercedes-Benz W196 R)
  • 1960’s (Honda RA272)
  • 1980’s (GT F1500T-A & McLaren MP4/4)
  • 1990’s (GT F3500-A as shown here)

Just need from the 1970’s and then stuff from 21st century and we are golden! I wonder if anymore cars will emerge like this soon - probably not but you never know.

I guess the 1500T-A wasn't a stand-in for the loss of the Lotus 97T after all, the reveal of this implies the 1500T-A was all part of a plan to cover generations of formula cars.

So, when are we getting a GT original stock car to slap decals on it? The online lobby's default stock car (Silvia TC Gr.4 with wing changed) still doesn't fit it for me.

Though I was open to that idea, Forza '23 getting NASCAR back makes me feel that NASCAR Next Gen cars are also "never say never" too for GT. (Also probably an opportunity to put some NASCAR legends such as Earnhardt's 1998 Daytona 500 winner in LCD.)

Ya let hope we get some old school f1 tracks with the update, or at least rain at interlgos
I wonder if the actual Monaco GP course could appear, and with rain too? I know it's basically a parade with modern GP racers but I heard it was more fun to watch in past years. That said, I just don't know how it'd fare for online racing. If not Monaco, then I'd be very content with various other GP circuits - both current and historic - such as Kyalami, Montreal, or CotA.

I'd much prefer the NASCAR Camaro that raced at the LM24 more recently, if only because it's a NASCAR with aero and lighting that allows it to race on more than just ovals. We also could use Indianapolis - alongside its infield layout used by IMSA - as far as oval racers are concerned.

Also the datamined Bugatti Type 37A will cover the 1920’s. Preceding the formation of F1 of course but still an open wheel grand prix racer.

Excellent! If PD cannot, or won't, bring licenced F1 cars to GT then these Gran Turismo branded ones are perfect. They just need to continue to add others from different eras and we will be a far happier bunch. The existing Ferrari F1 models could have a rebranding surely too.

What a pleasant surprise this is.

The liveries - and the grids - for the inevitable daily are going to look amazing.

Definitely be a LCD car, I just wait to see how much.

Edit: Take back the above since it's not a licensed "real" car.
