Not only, as FK points out, is it socially unacceptable to pose with a dead guy. But to have everyone smiling at a funeral... especially with the dead guy in the shot.. generally isn't the mood one wants to capture. It's not that you're not allowed to smile at a funeral. But when posing for a photo with the deceased, one might want to use a different expression. Usually funeral photos including sobbing guests.
