Of all games rumored to be incoming, I gotta admit Fallout 4 is THE ONE I'm looking forward to most. Both 3 and Vegas sucked hours, days, weeks, months and years of my life...they were my go-to games for a great time. Even with all 'em bugs I played so much it's not even funny - they are the only games that I platinum-ed.
Hopefully Bethesda do a proper QA before releasing 4...
