Maybe try social media? They are fairly quick on those?I tried 3 times with no result
Good to hear! So What was the problem with the wheel? They contacted me and they have been VERY helpful.
I think their technical support is way better from what i have read in the past. And they try hard.
I wish every brand had the same eagerness for helping their customers before and after buying one of their products. Nothing is perfect but trying to be is important to customers.
Ignoring the mess of Comments,
Can anyone please confirm if the 1.07 has given much change on the CSL Elite? Thanks in advance.
Makes all the difference doesn’t it? Glad you’re being helped. Good for the rest of us to know too. They contacted me and they have been VERY helpful.

Yes, you can feel the kerbs now without having to use purple modeGood to hear! So What was the problem with the wheel?
So the PC2 patch 3.01 for the PS4 is finally out. There are some fixes for Fanatec wheels. But it doesn’t say anything about CSL? Anyone notice any improvement?
Yeah it looks like the really put it in there, I tried all the Allen wrench sizes, looks like the screw head is worn out. If thats the case, what are my options? Thank youA 3mm Allen really should do the trick. Are you sure you're using a 3mm and not a 2.5?
What is it doing? Spinning in place, not moving?
I got the screw in front of me it takes allen bit either standard or metric allen wrenches.. I used one with a center hole. Your problem is you probably have standard and i think its metric. Its not stripped you just got the wrong size. Hope this helps.Yeah it looks like the really put it in there, I tried all the Allen wrench sizes, looks like the screw head is worn out. My 3 mm allen worked fine. If you stripped it, try a star bit. That works sometimes..Yeah it looks like the really put it in there, I tried all the Allen wrench sizes, looks like the screw head is worn out. If thats the case, what are my options? Thank you
It does say in the manual recommended continuous use is 1 hour... I think you should either dial back FFB or shorten you continuous racing time..I played four hours yesterday and I clearly felt there was torque loss(about 50%)due to heat fade. The force feedback setting is stock(the same as it came from the manufacturer),FF-100/FOR-100/Spring-100/Demper-100/FEI-0,I only change the degrees of rotation, and this is the setting I like most.Game Live for Speed, force feedback set to 200 which is the maximum(I like strong force feedback). The base is not warm to touch but despite that there is fade.
It does say in the manual recommended playtime is 1 hour... I think you should either dial back FFB or shorten you racing time..
Nice try but not related to heat build up or loss of feedback.Does this sentence sound familiar?
"* Take 10 to 15 minute breaks after each hour of play."
If not, you should read the manual of your T-GT wheel again

Edit: I haven't read the Fanatec manual so I'm not sure why the 1 hourly breaks are advised.
Did you read my editNice try as well.
This is from our manual:
• Excessive use may cause health risks. Take a break of 5 minutes every 20 minutes, and do not drive for more than 2 hours per day.
Better check the facts before posting
Or....I think you should either dial back FFB or shorten you racing time..
Cooling mod and belt tensioner mod which will physically remove the rattle coming soon.So your already planning a “heavy duty” mod to cool the base?💡
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I edited my post to reflect the content of the manual better.Does this sentence sound familiar?

You are so obnoxious my eyes roll out of my skull reading all your comments in this thread..
Because this nonsense was brought up again (by the same people weeeeeee) I would like to say that I have played GT Sport with overly exaggerated high FFB for almost 2 hrs straight with no loss in FFB power or fidelity..
Setting the FFB to max (at least in GT Sport) would be completely ridiculous and unrealistic, as it would with a majority of games out there. And likely introduce clipping anyway..
I hope you're not refering to me. I was merely pointing out that what had been quoted had nothing to do with the context of the disscussion.Because this nonsense was brought up again (by the same people weeeeeee) I would like to say that I have played GT Sport with overly exaggerated high FFB for almost 2 hrs straight with no loss in FFB power or fidelity..

I usually play once in a week that's why when I sit down to play it means about five hours almost non stop hard play.I know this is extreme and rare, but that's my way.I have Logitech DFGT and Thrustmaster T150.The DFGT have terrible overheating. The T150 have a decent cooling but still unable to withstand 5 hours hard play, that's what I did a cooling mod and with this mod there is no loss(zero loss) from heat fade after 5 hours hard play, even in the hottest summer days and the wheel still works perfectly after two years of use.I was intrigued by that conversation, thanks for clearing up that it's a common thing, I hadn't noticed. When I read the first person saying their wheel lost 50% of it's strength I was a little surprised to say the least. The reason is because the one thing I haven't noticed, despite playing for as long as 6 continuous hours on this wheel, is fade from the motor. This is only a personal anecdote, so take it as any anecdote. But I do prefer realistic FFB strength with an emphasis on feeling detail, rather than outright setting the FFB to be insanely stiff and dull.

Thank you for the invitation 👍 but it will be hard for me to find so much time and I like to play offline.haha join the club. What if you play/race multiple times 4-5 hours per week? We're mad and having a good time
