I Race Room Racing Experience played off content there and the same problems. the wheel is calibrated correctly in the drivers everything is good to spin zero to become zero but in the game there are such problems that the steering wheel pulls to the side and from time to time there is a knock at the base!

I had same problem in Raceroom with my DD wheel from different brand...we call it push to right problem.... now the problem is solved , but clearly is Racerrom fault...thats why I asked you to test some other titles...

I am sure that the encoder is broken again! as one acquaintance said, the fanatek puts the cheap option not reliable. I see, well that crazy behaviour can only be explained from Fanatec support team...it can be from anything not only the sensors...the electronic components are electronic components..it is not related to the price of the components cheap or not....you said already your wheel was fixed and now this problem repeats...

Trust me from my experience with all companies - better to deal directly and polite instead to start public campaign with the hope to force them.... ofcourse if all other options are gone you can always complain in public from any company...its freedom of speach!

Honestly, if the same problem returned just months after they replaced the sensor, that just suggests to me it was misdiagnosed. While a new sensor may have been needed, the real source of the problem is likely still un-diagnosed. Maybe some EM issues or a failing component that is causing the sensor to fail? IDK? Sucks... I know. Good luck on getting it sorted out.

Csl elite disconnected from ps4 while doing daily race b today in GT Sport and now it won’t connect to ps4.
Light on power supply was flashing when it happened and the ps4 said too many usb devices connected.now everything is fine wheel turns on ,calibrates but isn’t recognized by my ps4

The steering wheel was calibrated only 7 times, I wanted to update the engine, I have it 630 but it requires a file that I don’t have. I can’t do the update automatically since buying the steering wheel! Constantly requires a file. Well, okay, I started the Assetto Corsa game for the first 4 minutes, everything is fine, and then, like for the first time, the steering wheel pulls to the right side - this means that it is 100% broken. Tomorrow I will write technical support in an online chat!

Who told you that they dont install magnetic sensor??? You repeat that many times... the base have magnetic hall sensor and like extra measure it have optical sensoron the front shaft...

BASE csl elite does not have a magnetic sensor! An encoder is installed that reads the steering angle! And he reads very badly!
