Thanks @timekiller001. Just after posting I just questioned myself - what would be limited in potentiometer based pedal. On the other hand I started to have issues with calibration/working of pedals since I played with BRF.
But most likely it is a RJ cable related.
My gas pedal is sometimes not working or being calibrated only downto ca. 50% of the range.
So far different/random actions solved this - different each time: reconnect, reboot, recalibrate, etc.
So still looking for ultimate diagnose.

You shouldn't have a BRF setting at all if you don't have a load cell pedal
You ar quite right.
Silly me. When I did read somebody lowering BRF I "gave it a try" and lowered by BLI leading to my placebo immersion.

BTW do your Fanatec button caps also break so easly - I have already at least 3 or 4 cracked open under very normal moderate pressure. They feel fragile like M&Ms.

No the buttons on my CSL WRC rim feel very well made with quality plastics. What rim do you have?

RS300-UnivHub and McLaren GT3 v2
The once which broke should be coming from both deliveries.
I hope it shouldn't be from using caps cross-compatible
