Chances are if you need to hit the kill switch, the rim is probably just spinning uncontrollably and your hands are out of the way so you may use them.

But, if one of your hands or arm get twisted up in the rim...
It would be much wiser to mount it at foot level at the base of your rig, perhaps sideways so you could quickly tap it with the side of your foot.

Fanatec’s Killswitch another function is the remote power switch , so I will mount it on hand reachable place

Yeah, basically like a USB dongle but with a RJ12 connector instead.

The little white button seems to be the normal power button, quite small, glad I’ll have the remote one.

Indeed but not for getting a Podium DD wheel but for all of the reviews coming out so I can decide if I'm going to spend all that money on a thing to play games.

They have said it’s going up on the same day as the DD’s are released so end of this month.

Also, I’d like to say your English is better than my ability to speak your first language whatever that is so don’t think I’m having a go at you but just to tidy up your question a bit it should be more like this:
