i dont know. theyre an odd company. the biggest complaint ive seen in choosing the WSP over the Rennsport was the adjustability on the mid pole. now they have made it possible to move that pole back and forth and they dont want to show it off? why? its the same pic on there website from V1. strange. dont mean to get you nervous im sure youll be fine but with Fanatec, you have to expect something to go wrong and pleased when/if it does not.
Well Fanatec emailed me that the Rennsport Wheel Stand would ship at the end of January and The Wheel Stand Pro in February.
I really hope Fanatec delivers on their word. I was actually thinking of just getting a playseat last night. lol So if they don't deliver I guess I can just get a Playseat? LOL

Needed something more sturdy than two stools and a board so I put in my order today. The WSP looks lower quality and more expensive in the US; I've also been very pleased with the GT3 RS v2 wheel and CS Pedals I picked up a few months ago.
Hopefully it gets here before the end of GT Academy Round 2.
I'm just not sure about having a bar between my legs... seems to be the popular design everywhere from playseat to wheel stand; so I guess it's not as awkward as I'm fearing?

Got my UPS email today so should arrive on Monday if it follows the same pattern as my GT2.
The final piece of my racing setup is a Corbeau Forza office chair. This was ordered from a company in England before Christmas with an estimated delivery of 4-10 days. I phoned before placing the order to confirm it was in stock and there's still no sign of it .... And people think that Fanatec are slow lol.

I've spent ÂŁ160 on the office chair and ÂŁ100 on the V2. You're right it's not far off a playseat but I think they're really ugly! My geek out room doubles up as my office and I really like the idea of being able to tidy away my racing set up when I'm not using it and pushing the chair back to the desk. From the videos I've seen the playseats and even game pods don't look much more stable than a Rennsport stand and the seat I've ordered is certainly gonna be better than a playseat.

Really? Nice. I emailed them last night and got a message saying the order will be shipped to: address here. Shipment can take up to one week. Is that what you got as well?
Also, log on to check your account. When I logged on last night, I saw two orders placed for me, one paid and one in processing. I emailed to ask them to cancel the one in processing as I only placed one paypal order.
