I received an email from Claudia this morning saying my Wheel Stand will be shipped end of this week/start of next in the UK.

Cannot wait as I have a GT3RS sitting in my dining room unused!

I cancelled my order because I went the Obutto route. I know it's totally different but decided to go with the cockpit. lol Hopefully my cancelled order will speed up someone's order. I ordered mine on 1/4.

Just got a shipping email for my stand in the US. My guess would be I'll see tracking numbers tomorow. Figured I'd give you guys an update.

Really? Damn, didn't think you would really go through with it. Sweet! I wish I could go that route but I have no place to store a cockpit.

Update 2: received 2 different tracking numbers from Kate Brubaker @ Endor. I tried to track the 2 number on the USPS site and there are no records for both of the tracking numbers.

Question: I ordered 3 items on the same order number, should i have received 3 different tracking numbers? I ordered the Wheelstand, CSP tunning kit and the Fanatec Shifter adapter. I've read too many Fanatec shipping horror stories, that its got me a little worried.

USPS's tracking is next to worthless. It will show delivered a little while after you receive it.

So, if i'm correct the whole shipping process is as follows: status goes to delivered, then I receive an email with the invoice, then an email from Kate Brubaker stating that a package was shipped, finally an email from USPS with a tracking number once the package has been picked up from the distribution center.

Once I receive the tracking information from USPS, I could then check how many items were shipped?

It's UPS (United Parcel Service) not the US Postal service. And yes, postal service tracking is worthless.

Normally when you get the tracking number, it means they probably printed out the label and an email is automatically send to you. Then should ship it in the next shipment (either later in the day or next business day).

If it wasn't for the snow today around Philly, I would have gone to the local distribution center to pick mine up right now. Guess I'll just have to wait another day.

Wait a minute, Gunstar's RSWS V2 is shipping today after ordering yesterday, yet they had this notice up, "Currently not available! New incoming pre-orders will be shipped in April 2011".
Is the message just a copy 'n' paste job from the Euro Fanatec Shop, or is it actually in stock in europe too?

Rennsport V2 for sale!!

Mine arrived on Monday, unfortunately the racing office chair I ordered a month ago is no where to be seen so out of sheer frustration I've cancelled the order and placed one for a Gamepod.

Any one in the UK that wants a V2 in new condition send me a pm, it'll be on eBay by Saturday if not, cheers.

I'm semi-interested Spyder (check pm), I have a WSP Deluxe on order but it'll be another week before it ships. Not sure which of the two is more stable yet and if Fanatec compromised any of it from the original Rennsport stand by adding the upright adjustment option that people kept asking for.

The snow in the Northeast has delayed the delivery. It's sitting in the distribution center, 5 miles away from me, since yesterday morning! Guess I'll have to wait until Monday...*sigh*

I sold my V2 yesterday but can tell you they've changed the upright height adjustment from the knob to an Allen key, people would be less likely to bash their knee on it now. You can choose between 90 and 110 degree angle too, this is done via the knob on the base, either screw the knob in the left or right side.
