I don't remember the one i've used but i think the best car is the Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC5) RM '04. That is if you can use RM cars. If you don't, the best answer is the Mitsubishi ECLIPSE GT '06 fully tuned.

If you have any problem oversteering the INTEGRA just use Temetias. tune:

The CRZ touring car is awesome here, although not as powerful as some of the other alternatives.

I have also used fully pumped versions of the Volvo and Mazda 6, but the understeer on those things is terrible which made it hard to run good laps back to back.
 
I used my Honda ek and beat ff seasonal and 90s Japanese seasonal too and the civic seasonal too all gold :)
