I'm currently doing grinding/farming and plan to go on a spending spree next week. I want a wide selection of vehicles to drive. I don't plan on splashing huge chunks of the budget on any of the stupidly expensive cars. There's time for that later. An F40 from Legend is my most expensive purchase to date. Tell me your favourite cars under 1.5 Mil. Even better if they're under 100-200k. My strategy is to buy up all the good cheaper cars first and then go for the stupid priced ones later.
Looking forward to hearing your recommendations!

I'm going for Ferrari 458 Italia too.

Not so fussed about money makers. Just the most fun cars to drive.

Anyone got the Amemiya RX7? I loved that car in GTS

In general, how do the cars compare with their same version in GTS? Ie. Is a car that was great in GTS, similarly great in GT7?

AMG black series basically won every race in the game for me.

messing around with the Mclaren MP4 today, also seems good.

The GR Yaris and Focus RS are both accomplished, sub-50K 4WD hot hatches that offer great versatility when it comes to tuning and PP balancing. Other personal favourites acquired through the Menu Book campaign include the Z33 Version S, which undercuts both at 36,300 credits when purchased from Brand Central, and the 997 GT3, though Brand Central examples of the latter are quite pricey at 160,000 credits.

The majority of Gr.3 and Gr.4 cars also come at well under 1.5 million credits if you want to use those for the World Touring Car and World GT Series events along with their respective single-player and Daily Races. My personal pick for Gr.4 so far would be the Genesis G70 GR4, which is very easy to drive despite its weight and can easily be adjusted to suit PP 630-700 regulations.

not a bit of an oversteerer like in GTS? I always found the 458's slightly unrealistic in how crazily well they cornered. I did enjoy driving them though.
I've never driven one IRL so I can't tell how realistic it is, all I can say is the 458 is an absolute joy in Gran Turismo.

For me, all the Mercedes AMG GT variations (Gr.4, Gr.3, road versions including Black Series) have been the most fun under 1.5 million. After learning how to manage their somewhat strong oversteer, these became my favorite cars in the game. The AMG GT3 is a really flexible all-around track car...while most Gr.3 cars seem to either be better on high speed or technical tracks, the AMG GT3 feels great no matter the track.

Just a few you may find enjoyment in owning, in no particular order:

Gr.4 Supra
Gr.4 G70
'83 Levin
'83 GTI
'20 FK8 Civic
'71 & '73 CSL
'69 429 Mustang
'92 964
'15 Demio
'81 930 Turbo
'89 E30 Evo
'18 ZL1
'17 AMG GT R
'23 Z
'70 Challenger
'17 A110
'65 Mini
'05 MINI
'85 Abarth
'93 155
'97 GT1
'01 996
Gr.4 S15
'94 R32
'15 Roadster
'15 Focus ST
'18 Focus RS

I was looking at the ZR1 and comparing stock numbers with the ZL1. Out of the box, it should be real good. Only 130k. Should be good value. The AMG Black is another I'm considering. Anyone own those two?
I have the ZL1 and the AMG Black, they're easily the two road cars I've put the most miles on. The AMG Black is a beast. With tuning, it feels like a beefed-up version of the Gr.3 car.

The ZR1 is sweet,200 lbs lighter than ZL1 and 111 more HP ,use it at World GT Series, BMB and i just ran my best time yet at Trail Mtn Cup reverse, 3:38.4

Grab the Nissan 300zx that's in the UCD. It's a fun car with a great engine sound. The BMW CSL (also in UCD at the moment) is a bit tricky but fun as well. Any RX-7, S2000, MX-5 Roadster '15 is a pretty fun little car. The Roadster things from BAC and Radical are fun, fulfilling to get fast with, and are very competitive in higher PP races.
