I personally am quite partial to an Indian Curry, I love a good Tikka Masala, with a Naan Bread and some Papadums. What's yours?

KFC and most fast food places like McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, Arby's etc.

Chicken Parmesan.

Though it seems to be specific to the Teesside/Cleveland area. I can't actually get a good one where i'm living now. I wonder if they deliver, i'm only 25 miles away from my favourite takeaway place.

If they don't do Parmos, Pepperoni and Mushroom pizza is my next choice. Pizza places generally trump all other forms of takeaway, including fast food places that don't deliver (Well not in the UK anyway, I know Mcdonald's and KFC deliver in other parts of the world).

Indian. It's a Saturday tradition in our house.

I usually have a Chicken Bhuna or Dopiaza. And of course with Poppadoms and Peshwari Naan 👍

General Tso's Chicken (yes I know it isn't real Chinese) if I'm in the mood for Asian and typically a Shish Wawook sandwich with some grape leaves and baklava from a Middle Eastern place.

I don't often have an Indian takeaway, in fact I very rarely have Indian food that isn't home-cooked. But even so, it's definitely my favourite.

I'd have either Bhuna or Tikka Masala, along with what you listed afterwards (Peshwari is best Naan), plus Onion Bhajis.

Pizza Hut, KFC, Hungry Jacks (Burger King before they got sued) and a local takeaway chain called Red Rooster. Oh, and there's a local pizza shop that does great pizza too.

EDIT: Oh yes, forgot honey chicken

A local Chinese takeaway in town, does an excellent chilli chicken, that I'm rather fond of.

The real bacon burger from Red Rooster is soo good!! But can't go wrong with the odd KFC, Subway or sushi train :D

I do tend to go to sit down resaurants occasionally.

Love General Tso's Chicken too.

Yacoos chili dogs or a local place which has amazing chili dogs. That or chicken parm sandwiches.

I forgot about pizza, just not from Pizza Hut.

For me it's pizza. I love pizza.

Although I'd say I prefer Indian I don't ever get a take-away as I prefer to eat in the restaurant.

I'm a junk food junkie. I love every takeout there is. We don't get Curry here, at least not what I consider edible, but everything else.

My favorite:

Mexican - Muchas Gracias(very close to authentic), Taco Bell.

Fast Food - All of them. Maybe except Sonic. They are nasty, even for me. I guess Carl's Jr & Wendy's are my two favorites.

Japanese - Uwajimaya(local Japanese grocery store), H-Mart(local Korean store).

Chinese - Wu's Open Kitchen(best), Yen's(second best), Panda Express(tolerable), Golden Panda(I'm desperate)

Teriyaki - Best Teriyaki, House of Teriyaki. Teriyaki is Japanese, but all Teriyaki places I see are Korean owned.

As for the menu, Mexican, I prefer authentic beef tacos, or Chalupas at Taco Bell. Japanese, everything. Korean, most things. Chinese, Kung Pao Chicken is my absolute favorite. Carl's Jr, one of the Six Dollar Burgers. Wendy's, 1/2 lbs Double Stack meal with chili & fries on the side. Yeah.

Pizza anywhere in the states is not like WNY pizza. Anyone will tell you that.

I like Pizza Hut which I'm sure is about as far from good quality pizza as it gets. ;)

Pizza Hut is great but when you have this as an option:

I'll never understand how other parts of the world like Pizza Hut, it's some of the worse pizza out there. I ate at one in the UK and it was terrible but yet they were packed full. And I paid an equivalent of $40 for a buffet.

Pizza, McDonalds, Burger King; I just love all those. I love KFC, but I can't have it when my sister is home because she is a vegetarian and has been a member of PETA the last few years. I used to like Wendy's, but I then overdosed on it a few years ago and don't like it any more. The one food that I can't eat is Chinese food. The reason for that is because my body has a horrible reaction to MSG. Last time I ate it, I got violently sick hours after and had a horrible migraine.

Why not? You can slap her in the face with a drumstick.

My favorite takeaway/non-takeaway is burgers and chips. Preferably the fries are fresh and taste like potatoes.

I find it amusing here when it's suggested that we get some Chinese food and we're reminded by our Chinese colleagues that here it's just called "food". :)

It's a real close tossup between pizza and "Chinese" food. As far as my town goes, there's a few good pizza places, but one in particular is fantastic, but rather pricey. The Chinese place in my town is good food, and a good price, but I slightly prefer the pizza from the best pizza place in town. That's not including the italian restaurant the next town over that has the best pizza in an hour radius (there's a place about an hour's drive away that does brick oven pizza which is just fantastic.)

Basically for me it goes...

Italian place 15 mins away>>>best local pizza > Chinese >>>>>>> other pizza places in town

EDIT: I always get carried away talking about food
