BTW, Biggles neglected to mention the rule that if you Challenge for the TOP spot on the ladder, the loser goes straight to the bottom. But don't worry mate, I have every confidence in you.

Biggles, you should change the rules, what the point of doing challenges & your appoint forfits or changes ther mind & the default winner gets no credit
Just say i accepted your challenge & i forfit due to being tied up or not available, would you move yourself above me on the ladder.
At least we both sent each other PSN messages to resolve our challenge .

There is really no provision for "forfeiting" a race in the rules. I would say you should try & organize another time to race against Sarrinen69. If Sarrinen69 never makes himself available to race you, I will move him down one place on the ladder. If he is really not interested in participating in the ladder races I will remove him from the ladder.
I am taking SEGEL off as he hasn't shown up here at all.
You might try contacting Mingoturbo on the PSN to see if you can organize a race.

I think I should be moved to the bottom of the ladder, as I can't be sure when i'm going to be online. Therefore nobody can challenge me but i can attempt to move up if i have the time. If this isn't to other players liking, then you might aswell remove me.

I think if you showed up at the bottom of the ladder you would scare the bejeezus out of any new racers joining!
I'm going to move you & Mingoturbo below ENERGIYA, so that people can "play around you", then you can feel free to race when you want. I'm still hoping that some new GT5P racers will get into FC & that some of them (perhaps Div 1 racers) will be able to give you a good run for your money.
EDIT: on reflection, I've moved Sarrinen69 & mingoturbo a couple of places lower so that there are a few more options when it comes to Challenges.
I will not be able to race for a couple of weeks, so if if someone would like to challenge me, perhaps they could do it TODAY.

well an odd one just happened! first up I raced nhm66 at milano in the 250tr started ok but for some reason I had no force feed back so a quick trip back to the lobby and we started again, this time all was well and after 10 mins we were neck and neck up the finishing straight, he had a good draft from the begining so I eased off as he made his move and dived behind hi, got a draft and set off to try and re overtake him before the finish line. Now it was close,I was coming up fast with half a car or quater of a car lengh in it with nhm66 taking what I thought was the win at the line......but no! It said I was first, now I was looking out the side of my car and I would say he was a few feet in front but the race times were *.**:58 and *.**:55 in my favour? at the start of the race he was in first at the rolling start........any thoughts? I'd set it to 10 mins rather than the 5 mins for the ladder comp so I considerd it a test race as I had to go after the one race so not that important but I've never had it happen before or heard of it happening, either it's a bug or it's awarded the place on the race times as I started behind nhm66 or even the finish line where it actualy registers was a little further on than that on the track due to lag? though the game was lag free.
good race overall though, nhm made one mistake which took him off but I rattled into the back of him as he came back on the track so couldn't take advantage then we got side by side through a tight section, he ran wide, I didn't know if I'd taken him off as he had no headset so I let him retake the lead.both these things happened in the first half of the race so not really a problem, we passed each other once or twice per lap, good race, just a weird finish LOL

I'm guessing maybe just a bit of lag on screen may have accounted for the difference in seeing the car next to you slightly ahead or behind. If the 'clock' awarded you the win I would just take it--no point in speculating.
I once finished a race with GTP_Hun where the clock was dead even (0.00) between us at the finish line. I think the game gave it to me from memory.

You could be right I did clunk the back of NHM66 a number of times pulling out after drafting, looked like I had room then 'crunch' all the momentum gone from the draft. Anyway it was just a practice so no harm done. I'll be on around 7.15pm UK time if any of my challengers are on?

the thing with no force feedback had happend to me to a copple of times.
it was a great race we had but i was in front at the finish and i looked at the
thing at the top of the screen and it sayed 1 out of 2 so your gues is as good as mine why you won the race.i noticed the times too and it was in your favor.no harm don as it was only practice.i just have to win bye a bigger margin next time.
