I need some clearing on 2 matters, please help :embarrassed:)

1. Bug " what is this bug doing or not doing ?

2. cheats " How are you able to cheat, using the clutch maybe ?

I only ask to help my Team M8, to understand why he is slower in this particular Online Race, and quicker when driving the Timetrail/free run

I'm not into cheating or using the so called Bug in any way.. just trying to understand .

I'm The --->Team Manager of Team_MoFF.
Too clear any misunderstanding of my post!! :embarrassed:)
A Pm Is fine by me! thanks in advance fellow pilotes :embarrassed:)

Hi Flagmo, There is no bug for the NSX, as far as I know, the only car affected by a "bug" is the WRX 07.. And yes using the clutch would give an advantage in the lap times as it's possible to shift faster. As not everyone has a G25, so we ask members who do, and join this event to not use it, to keep things fair. ;) 👍

Also, to answer your question about why your team mate doesn't go as fast in races as he does in free run: that's actually not too uncommon in my experience. My fastest clean air race lap in the NSX is a little over two tenths slower than my best free run lap. Most cars are faster in free run, with some having a greater disparity in their free run times than others. It's hard to say exactly why this is the case, but I guess it's mainly that in free run, you're not under as much pressure as you are in a race, and also, the cars handle differently (usually not as well) when they are having to deal with the turbulence/slipstream caused by the cars in front of them. And of course, sometimes you have to drive more cautiously in races to avoid contact with other drivers, and this too can account for the slower laptimes. But then again, there is the rare occasion when you can have a magical clean air laptime in a race that is faster than anything you've done before in free run.

To chunkee monkee. Don't stay away from this race man. I had a blast yesterday along with others specifically carlpky. I haven't had to opportunity to race with him in a very long time. It is these event that get you to race against some of the best. Chunkee man don't stay away bro. I just learned to ignore when I know the reason why I'm on the grid. I'm in it for the spirit of the competition. For those who disagree, we're just going to have to agree to disagree. Thanks to all who raced yesterday, I had a blast!:)

To Enigma and just for the record, I have no hard feel what so ever about the discussion. It just what it is a discussion. Everyone has a right to their opion. Mine and MR. P are the same that is all. I don't think that you are two second off of anyone's pace man. You were in the front of me yesterday and I had a helluva time keeping up. Great run guy.:)

One thing I noticed was that almos an entire grid, more than once, would turn OUT toward the walls on the start letting me by completely. In those cases I would slow up and see what the deal was but when I saw it LOOKED like they were racing but I would go on to lap the entire field.

What's up with that? Has anyone else run into this phenomenon? I see NSX Rs in the mix so hoped it was guys from here but I remain stumped...???

Thank you Solarr like you say its just a discussion, people expressing their opinions, if we all had the same opinion on everything life would be boring :)

Theres definately no hard feelings from me I have enjoyed racing with everyone yourself, Mr.P and Chunkee included

First experience this afternoon (3:25PM) with the NSX...

Only one GTP in the grid but no other NSX than mine. I arrived first at the end of the straight, only to be bumped by 2 Clio, and hard. Bumped again on almost each turn, but managed anyway to stay in the action... :sly:
Finally bumped very hard just before the bridge, into the sand and against the wall. I was so frustrated I stopped immediately. 👎

Very sad because I don't have a lot of opportunities to race during the week (and week end also).

As a North American (New York time), when will be the best moment to have fun with you guys on his track ?

4:30pm to -9:00pm Easterns (New York Times). I live in Fairfax, VA and that's what I've noticed. Hope to see you there man.

No worries, it was very laggy, I was worried that I may have bumped you and Maz too! Getting a little bit better at this one now, best lap in free air 2:16.809, only another 1.5 seconds to find! Good fun trying to keep up with you and Maz though!

I was trying to follow all 3 of you but the clio from italy had some others thoughts:tdown:👎
best lap at this race 2:16:2xx.
I need to find another 1 sec at least:yuck::yuck:

Absolutely terrible matching problems here, keep getting signed out of PSN and it's just boiling my blood. I give up for tonight.

Decided to do some free run instead, the best that came of that was a T1 of 58.771 followed by a crash at Spoon. Not a good day.

All the best
Maz

Without a doubt, the best time to race for us is from around 11am to 3pm, but the earlier the better.
Sometimes there are fast guys from Europe racing at other times, but if you want in a grid full of fast guys you need to be racing right in the middle of the day. 👍

If you race in our evening time, the competition is battling in your mirror... unless Carl or El Z are racing :nervous:

Had an awesome race in the NSX with Paulies killer tune against GTRP_Zocker16 👍 I really have never been a fan untill now of the NSX because i couldn't tune it. Thanks to Paulie i can now enjoy this car :)
ps. I forgot to tell you i altered the ride height to -20 , -17 and used steering angle at 40. Just personal preference.

Yes Devie, i tried to follow you but the BMW is about 1 sec of the pase a NSX does.
I´m on training for the GTRP-Onlinechamp Race so i won´t switch the car.

Thanks for the races tonight guys

Finally managed to break in to the 15s with a 2.15.973 whilst leading the race in clear air still using BTH_Lackos set up :D

Probably never manage it again but it was good at the time
