Hi all,
I recorded 16 races yesterday, I thought you maybe interested to see how we faired. there were 16 of us in and out of the event during the evening. There were three disconnections and I had four failures to finish within time.

Not sure how best to publish this so I've opted for the F1 Grand Prix scoring system with total points given for each of us.

i am afraid i will be some easy food for you, all i can do is a 2:06:8xx at the moment...i'd need some time for a better setup :)

@Volcano: Now that was weird in lap 9, in my world you went off before the "tunnel", i waited in the hairpin, even drove backwards to see where you are, but you seem to have disappeared?! after 45 seconds or so i decided to move on and there you waited after the hairpin, for me. :dunce:

Edit: And now you have been the host and my PS3 froze:grumpy:

I'll try to be back later on, with a new tuning of course :sly:

I was on track all the time:) That was strange, suddenly you were gone, and saw you on radar standing still, so I waited, then you going backward:dunce:

I've got a 2'05.898 with no draft. That'll piss Hyperuk off :mischievous:

I can see a 2'05.5xx being very possible indeed.

That....my friends....is all that matters :D Actually it'd be interesting to see the points per race average, because that basically works out with JvM and FAK being the top guys which is how I actually saw things yesterday.

In all seriousness, fantastic work Dan that's a great amount of work you must have put in to watch all those videos. Maybe you could message pino-r or AutoAki to find out how to YouTube them? As more and more people improve here the racing's going to be a lot closer like the Evora Cup, and that means the videos are going to be superb 👍

Once again Dan, I'm sorry for affecting any of your enjoyment yesterday without even realising it. Many congrats for coming out top of the pile :cheers:

And just in case anyone thinks I'm poking unfair fun at old JvM, there really is nobody I respect or admire more on the racetrack than GTP_JvM along with my own Thunder&Lightning teammates and FAK 👍

I'll join the F430 mayhem soon.

i did 3 races here. i used my Cali setup. :dunce:

1. race with Volcano. 👍 👍
2. race, 10 hotlaps, startet from pole. fastest lap 2.05,6xx with no draft. race time was a 21.06,0xx
3. race, again with Volcano. great sport till lap 7, then he lost his car. :ouch: race time was still a 21.07,8xx


i have enough for today, maybe see you tomorrow again. :cheers:

I struggle out of the 2'07's Only once ventured into 2'06's.
Although my 2'07's are consistent.

Would love to know what tunes you are running?
 
In the 3 races ive joined today, the first one some guy in a M3 punts me into the back of Mr_Volcano @ turn 1, then again @ turn 2 and I was off. :ouch: Got back on and was 14 seconds down from Rudi/Volcano, and in last place, finished the race in 3rd 6 secs down.

2nd race, no one present. :ouch:

3rd race Disconnected. :ouch:

:grumpy:

My fastest total race time is the same as Rudi's, 21'06, that was the race with FAK lastnight. 👍
 
Sorry guys, my first race for the day and I bumped Fastas a few times on lap 1. I'm really struggling with this car, have tried 4 different tunes and only just get into the 2:07's. Anyway I shall struggle onward, can only improve.
 
Sorry guys I won't be joining you.....I haven't got the attention span for 10 laps :D :P .

I'm currently racing in the 550 RWD Suzuka 👍 only 5 laps much better for me :D.

Don't worry about it, I'm in the same boat. I'm trying some different settings too, but I can't break into the 2:06's either.
 
Well what do you know, perseverance pays off. Finally managed a 2:07:283. Perhaps the 2:06's are not too far off. :)
 
No worries, I'm not in the best form either, at the moment I'm just trying to finish 10 laps without going off, and not being too successful.
