Qualifying is 10 minutes, seems like the first race usually starts around 7:45. I'll keep my eyes out for you guys, if I see you log on before we start the race I'll wait a couple minutes. Otherwise we'll see you for the second race. 👍

Bitter sweet evening there for me, managed to nudge more than I should have including @thlogan and @Drex124 before pulling the most stupid turn 1 maneuver ever on @cbcvabch which more or less ruined his race, sincere appologies to all.

Great racing tonight fellas, that was some of the most fun I've had at that track and I think I've found a new car to add to my favorites. Congrats to @MC-Chase and @SagarisGTB on their victories. I, of course, came second, again. I think I've finished second in the majority of the races I've been in. I'm quite chuffed about that, actually.

It is a great car to drive. Is it just me or is it very unforgiving for even the smallest of mistakes?

Expecting lots of action at the back pack on saturday :)

It's not too bad, I find it to be much more forgiving than the 512 BB. I could really toss it around Monterey and hang the back end out quite a bit. There were a couple turns I usually drifted by design, and it made me feel like a hero!

I just tallied it up and it looks like I have 9 second place finishes, if we were doing points I might be in the lead!

Yea, I did not mean it would spin easily but when with some cars you could let the rear slip bit extra and only loose max one tenth of the second I got the feeling of easily loosing .3 sec at the first turn if I did not concentrate.

Agreed. But in turn one (actually turn two, Andretti Hairpin) in particular I found I could induce just a tiny bit of four wheel drift and it got me through the turn faster. Also on the exit of turn three/four I could let the tail hang out just a bit to point me in the right direction and keep me out of the litter, which also resulted in a faster exit. But if I hung it out too much I would lose time. On the flip side, drifting through the penultimate turn in any form usually resulted in lost time, and it wanted to drift through there almost every lap.

Sorry @Torzilla, race 2 turn 3, I came out of turn slower than usual. He rear ended me and he kinda lost his rythym and fell back after that... sorry.

No Problem, you were ahead of my so I should've adjusted for that. Turn 6 absolutely destroyed my race about half way through race 2 anyway.

I take it you've not been watching this then. It's really good stuff, has lots of blood and violence and sex and talk of going to Valhalla, I'm 100% positive you'd love it!

Looks kind of good, but refer back to "the crusades" video I linked you a while back and appreciate why I'm dubious about giving this a watch ;).

(Still going to give it a go though - if I can find a torrent or something)

LMAO! It's the opposite of the Crusades video. It's done by the same production house that does the Bond movies, the production quality is terrific, as is the acting, and it's somewhat historically accurate. A lot of the characters and battles were real and they don't pull any punches when it comes to depicting the blood, gore pillaging, and....umm....rape. If you can find it, watch it. I'm sure there are torrents, that's how my buddy watches them.

Sadly, they haven't shown any Norse soldiers driving Ferrari's..........yet.

Oh, and 👍 to your signature.

No worries, Mc-Chase. The only big issues for me were caused by own poor driving. I felt bad about slowing down the pack behind me in race 2. I like Laguna, but passing is always dicey. You're welcome, Sagarismic:)

I like Rufus much better than Ragnar.
