Is even possible to get a sponsorship? No clue how to do that :P

I did think of creating prizes like a cup for winner and tshirts or caps for top 3 and team winners but not until things will lighten up here lol...

The request for more hps is quite common it seems, as is one make and tuning; i'll start thinking about cars and eventual problems.

For sure more hps and tuning mean goodbye to close racing. If we were to run some mini events after our monday races would anyone stay for them as test for a futuyre season?

Asking a fee to entry is a double sided thing... Same will get turned away by it, but those that commit will hardly miss a race... But it might also make drivers a bit too nasty...

I would then ideally pass that on to the race organiser by bacs - who would then dish it out at the end of the season.

Lol for me these smaller grids are not ideal, as finishing 5th or 6th is an improvement from other seasons as also i am nearer the leaders than previous seasons - but not when there are only 6 cars in the race as i am last.

After the race on Monday nights i dont feel like testing new stuff - 90 minutes of concentration is enough for me in one night.

Well i think if a sponsorship steps in it would obviously get the name in the serie's name, the logo in opening post and in the intro of all race videos... I'm not very expert in these things to be honest but tell me what you have in your mind about it.

Exactly what you have just said would be fine if that is possible. If anyone else has any comments about it would be good to know what they think .

Flanked -20 +(+10)= -10
Skeng -20 + (-10)= -30 CAP
Aboe -20 + (-10)= -30 CAP
Jona -10 + (-20)= -30 CAP

Logic -10 + (+10)= 0

Jona's is getting a bit of margin by now, mostly due to Poles and fastest laps, skeng seems a bit behind surprisingly after his rock solid performances so far. battle for fourth place seems will be a thing for 3 all season like the battle for win will see the same 3.

All without taking into account drop score so far!
 
Not a fan of involving money. Opens up a can of worms. Best way to get more racers is to make the racing more exciting.

90mins is too long for most people. Make a mistake or two the first half hour and your more than likley going to be driving around for an hour on your own. No one will find that much fun. Perhaps splitting the race into two or three smaller races will make the racing closer and in turn more exciting.

A one make race is one way to keep the racing close but depending on the car you choose will suit some people more than others. This brings in the question of tuning. Again this will help more than others so giving out "fair" success penaltys would be a must to keep things close. Perhaps adding weight rather than reducing power or a mix of both. Reverse grids is also an idea.

I think more power would spread the field IMO. What we have now are powerful enough and are good mix of different drive layouts so there are advantages and disadvantages for each depnding on the track and even certian corners.

There will always be those, no matter what, who will rise to the top in the end. Keeping things close and giving everyone a chance to get up the front in the mean time is what's going to keep the numbers high and as a result give better racing for all.
 
maybe more than "money as a prize", "money to get prizes for those racing"... Possibilities are endless to be honest...

dunno like special T-shirts, or caps... Fancy a FGTA GT300 Keychain? Or maybe for the winner a racing game (someone would suggest Project cars lol). i actually have to think about it and how to make everything more appealing to vast numbers... PSN credits?

Or maybe using them for extra services for those racing in the serie? Well as always i'll listen to any and all suggestions.

Btw i wasnt online as i thought... I choose to get rest and getter better with my health to be able to race and train properly in the next days. I do not want to get in race on monday with fever... I just hope i'll get enough training...

More power doesn't mean more of a spread in the field. The other series i race is Le Mans,we run the best part of 1000bhp and most of the races are closer at the end than our 300 series.

No clue about what you mean last race 1st to third was like in 2 seconds (firt to secon 0.2 seconds) and in almost all races top 4 were in 15-20 seconds. Not bad at all in my opinion after 90 minutes...

You do were a bit alone because you were off-pace in some races but it's unrelated to it. It's also the small grid creating problems else the packs would be closer with the different strategies
 
I think that more hp spread field, tuning spreads way more, tuning AND more hp will creat HUGE gaps...

In any case we'll see and test at due times
 
For what it's worth the 90 minute race lengths have always put me off Karsten the thought of a DC an hour in is just too much to worry about.:ouch: And we all know how this game loves a DC!:D

Well for me, its the endurance part that makes me love it. there are loads of races with less time, not many 90 minutes

Absolutely:tup: I wasn't criticising merely putting a point of view (Karstens asked me to join in the past) I don't know what's more popular I just know I'd hate to practice all week for one race only for the game to ruin it:irked: Different strokes for different folks and all that I guess. :)
 
I merely join cause of the endurance-aspect and the fact we drive multiple cars which have different strengths and weaknesses. There are already enough of one-make series no?! Edit: if u haven bit of a stable connection u should be able to fully run almost every race i think.. Shouldnt worry about that :)

You simply cant make everyone happy with every single aspect of the series.

Having to pay 5euros/dollars will only scare more people but there cant be anything against a sponsored championship where every competitor gets a cool gadget (like the above) or so.
 
People in the serie has good connections as mine... In 3 season so far i think we had 3 disconnects over like 40 or more hours of racing.

I honestly think gt6 is very stable online, way more that gt5 at least and many pc games i used to play...

People often think that dc are due to psn/gt6 when it actually it's very often a user connection issue due to bad line, wifi, other people connecting on same router etc etc

Yes you will have all the leads it comes with plus extras that i got for ps3 setup so you wont need anything just plug in and go. there are plenty of youtibe videos on setup and use of it but you probably wont need them.
I have left all the leads correctly plugged into the unit so the ends just need plugging in.
Here is a rather boring setup video but i think there are some on the disc and others on youtube
 
It's great the cables are in :)

Btw here in Italy we are switching time to/from legal to solar time... Clock Going one hour back is this the same in all europe/state?
