Well I can't get in room full. I've been trying for 45 min. I confirmed on here, yet I can't get in. Oh well... I'm so glad I rushed home from work instead of getting lunch. Now I don't get a race or lunch. Thanks guys. I don't believe I'll be making that effort again. If you want to start a series at a different time so people who work in the US can race, i'd love to take part.

Sorry guys, I had rendering issues that just progressively got worse, figured if I wait for the pack again id be able to follow someone and hopefully have some sort of chance, but the spinning from track edges wore rather thin,

Also suffered from lag at the start, had skeng and flanked facing me in the middle of turn 2, best of luck to everyone

Sorry Jp, we were already running late, and the club room lobbies were not showing for everyone.
I did a check and it showed you as not online on the psn friends list, so i dont know what to make of that.
In fact i could not get in myself until the last minute.
Anyway JP, sorry about you not getting in.
We had a prequalify race and then the main race , and i think we were already 35 minutes late.
Does this mean you wont be joining us next week ?

Yes, but of a bad thing that is, and soemthing we have not really had before.
Maybe its the track, maybe the server ? it was bad at the start of qualy but then went away for all of us, sadly not you.

Thanks PJ, you may have seen from my later posts that a few had issues, its really odd as we really have never had a problem with this before, also the community rooms for me and a few others showed no clubs listed ? anyway we got through tonight and ended up as a great race, just a bit sad for you that the rush you had didnt pay off.
Hopefull motegi will be smooth sailing.

No clue what you complain, IG alla was smooth you would have got online like 15 mons late and didn't Warn About it.

I must suggest though, I think its best for the event that you guys lobby the participants in Europe to find out who has the best internet, and get that person to host if they can on fixed ownership, that should clear up a lot of the lag issues,

Thanks a heap for including me in the race guys let alone the Pre Qualifier. I think I did alright considering... could NOT bump below 1:30's though, very consistent low 1:30s all through the end half of the race, was pleased with myself, although cut my last fuel drop short thinking I could last with 20mins to go.. ran out half a lap left from 10th haha, damn .

Final race?? Are you talking about the preQualy? I got disconnected at the end of the 20min race, I had no idea there was a final? Got asked to join to main race as someone dropped out... sorry if that was your spot Pierce...

Are you sure it will make any difference - the game server must be hosted by GT6 or sony - it cant be hosted by an individual person as if he left the room the game would stop. I really dont know of course, but i think the way its set up is through a server and not a person, and if thats the case it makes no difference- also Karsten has always hosted the races and has done so for more time than i have raced with him, and i dont think they have ever had these issues before, even though i believe karsten probably has the slowest internet connection, it all a bit strange the last 2 weeks.
i am often hosting practice sessions midweek evenings and we never seem to have any issues, however, i will say is the only new thing to our group is that having a full room may be the problem. The lobby has been set at 16 cars for a reason, and maybe its very unstable with more cars ? before the last 2 weeks we have never had 16 cars on track before, and also last week it was very laggy at the start of qualifying, however it seemed to me that withinn 3 laps it had gone.
This may be that with all the cars in the box suddenly going on track with 16 in the room is too much for the system and takes a while before the srever catches up. Anyway we will see if we have similar problems next week.

Thanks dude , I enjoy the longer races, especially long ones with multiple pit stops, keeps it all alive and gives me a chance . I hadn't in a GT300 car, but luckily GT Academy gave me some track knowledge, for the first half as my sectors would show lol.

I've never liked Motegi so I will have to practice, is it the same day? As its a Tuesday morning for me here the race happens just as I leave for work early morning lol, I just happened to score this one off and may next week. If there will be a preQ again I'll be keen I'll just have to let you know later this week if I'm certain.

Yes , every Monday at the same time, we will be practicing for sure at Motegi, during the evenings Uk time, so look out for us, try to friend as many of us as you can as its better than practising alone if you can find us, we generally use the club room to practice.
We have only 2 more races for this season, for the next 2 Mondays, however we have a new season of endurance races, and there will be lots of testing for that before it starts at the beginning of Feb, same time every Monday once it starts.

Raced with Flanked all of the race yesterday , it made it fun and it was nice to have company for most of the 90 mins .

I would of went for the win but -30 hp at motegi wouldnt help .

At least Jona, Flanked and myself are all minus 20 for motegi and then the final round has no hp penalty so it should go down to the last race I hope .

Rx7 guys will be fast at le mans though , I will need a miracle there

Hosted 1 million races -no issues- until last week. This week the 3 second stuttering went away after 2 mins of qualyfing session and then for all drivers all was buttersmooth, and all 16 saw each others. I think it might be a problem of full grid at brands, for such things never happened before. BTW, why you retired? i saw you having a bad start and losing your car...

Also, AGAIN fixed host is a NO-GO on psn servers. If host disconnects after 60 minutes all drivers drop? No thanks I do not want race ruined for 15 peoples just because host drops conection or PSN acts up.

My connection is not that slow myjiter and pings are actually very god compared to many "fast connection guys" and those are the ones that matter

I'll be back at full Hps at motegi, a small thing to cheer me up

I ended 7th after some crazy -DEFENSIVE- battles with smiley and Davinci... Not much i could do beside trying to defend and keep car on track on dieing tires. A nightmare Race for BRZ, after 8 laps tires were gone already and had to run 20 laps per stint All in all i'm pretty happy of my race, and being the best BRZ on track means a little

I could have caught Jona and finished in front of Smiley if tires would hold, but in the end it was a great luck finishing in front of Davinci...

Hope i manage to pull myself together for motegi and Lemans... 1 podium in a whole season is "not exactly" what i planned for this season

But yes, at lemans, it'l be a garaiya/rx7 festival again!

Btw all drivers send me, skeng and logic eventual race issues! Also please send me your race highlights if you want them on video!

Thank you for the great race from last night just for me it was not so good, during practice a few weeks ago i was able to turn at a steady pace between 29.4 - 30 . Yesterday i had difficulty to focus, and was unable to go below 30 + this causes me to get 3 times off track. I was afraid to end last but ok, I saved the honor. Looking out for the next one, and upcoming brand new season

I had a bit of a battle getting past Kossu who qualified really well and started 6th, i managed to hassle him until i got past him on turn 2 on lap 4.
apart from that overtake, i did not have a great deal of battle action, apart from trying to lap snake and Filipino on the last stint, which took several laps as they were fighting me.

My problem is that i really take such a long time to learn and get to grips with each track, i have to put in as much time as i can at each weeks circuit to get to grips with it for the upcoming race. I guess its an age thing, getting on for 58 years old this year, but thanks for asking.

Yeah I started off with spectacular lag from the cars in front of me, hence my odd line through turn 2, they then exploded up the road in typical lag fashion, I then had rendering and glassing issues which got progressively worse throughout the race,

i had a great race and i really think i could have cought up with skeng and flanked , iff not not my g27 had stopped working in one off the worst corners and just went straight forward out into the sand , i had too jump out off my seat and disconnect my usb connection and then connect it again before my g27 worked again , then the race was over for my chance too get a podium finish
