i had a great race and i really think i could have cought up with skeng and flanked , iff not not my g27 had stopped working in one off the worst corners and just went straight forward out into the sand , i had too jump out off my seat and disconnect my usb connection and then connect it again before my g27 worked again , then the race was over for my chance too get a podium finish :boggled:

Yes Tob, i didnt see it in the race but on the replay i watched it.
Are you sure you didnt fall asleep going up that staright ? you just went straight on, i know you get tired Tobias ?

I always do, however, the last 3 races I have done on Gt6 has had an issue of some form, there was one where I only had the track map and leader board, but glassing seems to be the most common,
 
Hi guys,

Great race yesterday.. The laggy stuff in the beginning was weird, i also think this is because of 16 cars going out of the pit. Probably ps3 cant handle that.

The race went very well for me i think! Decent qualifying but immediately lost a place on the first straight to PJ who came flying by as if i was standing still.. Then in lap 6 i was like a meter behind him when he suddenly lost it, unlucky.
Finishing p5 just in front of smiley who started catching me last 15min or so.. The lapping of Snake in lap 58 was a bit scary cause i think he just realised there were 2 cars going to double him.. I was flashing like hell :D

Looking forward to the battle on Motegi next week with skeng and flanked. And all the others off course!

Edit: some cool highlights lap 47 to 50 with Vince, Tobias and myself..
 
You're right Karsten the race had started by the time I messaged, but it certainly had not started when I first tried to enter the room or I wouldn't have complained. The reason I'm irritated is because I made it clear in this very forum and multiple times in lobbies that I have to leave work and rush home to race. Sunday, I confirmed, but yesterday after I've missed any oppurtunity to actually eat on my lunch break I find the lobby, the race hasn't started, yet I can't get in. Considering what I have to do to make it there for any of the races, and considering I miss lunch also, I found it to be quite inconsiderate and irritating. Anyways, like I said if you guys want to race at a time decent for people who work in the US, I'd like to race.I'm also planning to race the rest of the season unless I've been pushed into pre-quali. I joined this series because it was a few friends who raced clean, I definitely have no time for pre-qualifying especially since I've had at least one pole and one fastest lap.

Taking aside that we were late due to psn acting up,

Race started at 7:30 Pm after a 10 Minutes qualy session. You tried to enter during Q session, this means you were already over 20 minutes late when usual qualy time is at 6:50. This means you would have not had a single chance of racing if we started on time, and you were not Online until the Q session was already going.

So what? It's you being way way late! If you managed to race it would have been a totally casual happening.

If i remember well you were present on 2 or 3 races so far, yeah, got a pole and a Fastest lap and managed in those races to gain two Warnings.

Pre-Q is there for allowing all a fair chance to race to all drivers since we are 21 now; and the locked in drivers are locked in because they were the backbone of the serie and gained their fair amount of point, by racing basically all weeks since the serie started or they joined up.

Should i drop out a driver that was here basically all weeks in favour of a faster ones that skips 3 races out of four?

Were on track yesterday and last monday too when we couldn't race, in 2 weeks they basically had the same right as you to be able to get a spot. Actually MAB had a disconnection and issues else he would have already raced 3 times... Not to mention how much effort kossu and sportchip (to name two) placed in training along the weeks.
 
I just finished the capture... This week it was a Mess O_o But it should be cool to watch!

I saw a couple contacts in race but haven't heard any complains... Are you guys leaving all to us stewards, or just consider the crashes as "race accidents"?

Let me skeng and logic know asap so i can work out points in case.
 
i got one little thing , and thats about ppl getting lapped , please dont make it difficult too get by , in my case it was close too make me spin , all in all i just want ppl too move iff they are getting lapped , most ppl do that i must say :)
 
I agree, I don't suppose it will happen that often , but I was not let through by a couple of you guys in the race and luckily it did not cost me but letting through leaders when being lapped is a must . Please
 
There was a couple hairy moments when I needed to let leaders lap me, difficult especially on brands with the type of corners to just let leaders through while you're in your own battles. Just saying :) but I try my best not to hinder them.

It was a lot of work this week with 16 cars on track, but i hope it'll be good enough for the long view (at 23+ minutes must be the longest video i made so far!). I think i captured basically all that was in this Race.

I'm waiting for the last late complains and word from stewards, after that i'll proceed to make points.
 
Video is awesome man! Excellent commentary, some awesome battles up front, too many to name some favourites and a lot of drivers I'm not familiar with to name haha.

I must apologise to Gavin for those bumps, probably should've been further up definitely, under pressure from lapping leaders is a bit of pressure..

Karsten, a great great video, it must have taken you hours to edit all that. 11/10 great work, well done.

Yes pubes, dont mess with Gavin, you've knocked into him two times in that race, if you do another knock in the next race he will be on a airplane and come down to knock on your front door and sort you out.
