Psn Friend.
All new drivers, please ensure you have psn befriended Karsten, he will send you an invite you to join our club race room, Otherwise you may be locked out from the Club Race room.
Pre race practice room.
There is usualy a club pre race practice room that is set upby someone around 5.15 pm UK time in the club lobby.
As there are 21 drivers it might need a second pre race practice room to be set up as this room becomes full.
Locked in Drivers.
The first 12 in the standings have the right to claim their Locked in Slot by confirming their presence in the monday race in here.
Lock in confirmation to race.
Confirming presence and then not being on track without a 24h warning will make a driver lose his locked in position.
Automatic move into main race by Pre-Qualifyers
If a locked in top 12 driver says that will skip a race, or does not attend, drivers in the standings 13 downwards to 20 can automatically claim the position and all positions move up into the next slot above.
This will automatically move the reserve Pre-Qualifyer in the Pre-Qualifyer race position.
How pre-Q will work
At 6.15pm UK time skengdigi will open and host the Pre-Qualifyer race room in the club lobby.
All prequalifiers and the reserve can then enter the room.
At 6.20pm UK time there will be a 8 minutes Pre-Qualifyer Qualifying session.
AT 6.30pm UK time the Pre-Qualifyer race will start and will be a 20 minutes Race .
If stewarding is required it'll be done in real time by Stewards watching the race and by replays.
Main Race
After the Pre-Qualifyer race is finished the top 4 Pre-Qualifyer race drivers will be allowed to take part in the Main Race.
Karsten will open and host the main race room within the club lobby.
If Stewarding is required it'll be done by Stewards watching replays.
I sugggest to non Qualified drivers and reserve to stay available for a little while in case some locked in driver doesn't show up, or there's issues for other drivers.
I hope this sounds fair to all involved and i again apologize for those that will have to sit out of the race.
Server problems
In the event of Server problems -let Karsten only, decide the solution - wait until he requests information from you - or asks you to take action - please do not text suggestions, make comments or leave the room without instruction - if the server causes issues, you must wait for karsten to issue instructions, this way we may get the race underway.
