You should try living in England

Or try living in the state of Wasington. We have had some nasty down pours in the last 3 days off & on to put 100% surface water on the roads here. :)

@azidahaka, she has had very bad pains in her hip for the last 3 weeks. She is getting cortisone shots this morning at 11:10. She has no more Monday morning appointments after this one.
Good luck all. Go get'em Skeng.

Freaking fantastic. I missed my train back home. Highly uncertain that I can make it in time. You wouldn't believe how pissed I am right now.

Nope. Cleared cache, reset router/modem and PS3 and get the same error.

Can't do seasonals/online or GT Acadamy.

Odd. Had the same in the afternoon. Then I cleared cache and it wanted me to agree to online terms & conditions, so I viewed them and then it was ok.

Otherwise what an awesome race! And by race I mean balet. :D

Kars if you want my highlights, then the right-hand corner going under the bridge: I went there sideways almost every lap 2nd stint (lap 20+). :D

it was something awful for me.. i think i had 6 spins at 35 km/h in one single lap after that all was pretty ok...

there must have been some sort of glitch because i had a 360° in full straight at 80km/h on heavy wet tires... >_>

oh well gratz to podium runners

It's the tyre-glitch I suppose. My grip on 2nd tyres were much lower than on 1st ones. I did half of the race sideways. :D

We need more wet races lol

Well you do, obviously. :D

Karsten, guys - really sorry - i have been away and was delayed coming home so didnt get in until midnight .
many apologies, sounds like i missed the chance to show off my wet weather prowess -

i was worried something happened to you lol :P you never miss a race :D
yes Karsten, i would never miss one if possible, as apart from really enjoying it i know how much effort you put in to running it , and i will always be there if i possible can .
did you have any holiday for easter over this weekend ?

We had s@+)-y weather here so nothing good, and i added the race to the spoiled holyday :/

Damn i trained quite a bit and could get 2.05s on -20hps and all ended like this.. Rain is impossible with the DFGT... Can't get a decent feeling of grip.

And then those 2 bugged lap oh my ! 360 degree spin on straigh with full wet tires wheel straight half throttle and at 80km/h... I basically got lapped twice in 2 "glitch" laps.

Better forget about this. I hate lexus on wet.

Key to the lexus in the wet is short shifting , so much torque in the car you can use 4th when you would normall use 2nd .

Ofcourse you have to be light on the throttle too .

if we have another full wet race i might reduce my power quite a bit ? is that allowed ?

Just a heads up, I'm considering dropping out.

Missing 2 races isn't good and to be honest I didn't miss racing yesterday.

I might do the GT Academy stuff but overall I think I've just had enough with GT for the time being. I'm spending more time on the PS4 and can't really see that changing much.

My motivation just isn't there at present. I guess I'll see how I feel for Monday and let you know.

if drivers keep falling down like this i might have to consider shortening or closing the serie early. :(

hope you won't leave us pries :P

didn't expect things to go so downhill after such a successful first season, must be probably due to some organization mistakes

That I understand. What you need is a good race that'll entertain you. I considered quitting as well pretty much from the same reasons. But yesterday's race was awesome, so I'm back in the business. ;) And it's like 3 hours a week. I don't practise during the week, or if I do, very very shortly.

Btw. Karsten I think I'm gonna be -10 bhp for the next race, right? Never did pay much attention to these success penalties, 'cause I didn't think I'd finnish on the top. :D

I know that racing in the rain most of the time isn't a lot of fun for me. If there wasn't so much surface water it would be more fun. Driving on a track that has no grip like someone put a bunch of "SNOT" on the road, isn't fun. Which makes me glad my wife had appointments the last two Mondays.

It's nothing against the series or any of the drivers but sometimes I just get burn out from GT.

Since GT5 came out (well including prologue) I've driven a hell of alot if miles, I see some of you guys on GT all the time, I just can't do that anymore.

Same with CoD, I can't play that anymore as I've just had enough. I'll certainly be back after I've had a break but I'm just not feeling it at the moment.

I'll still be about the thread of course and may watch if I have nothing better to do but I just don't feel like racing for the moment.

Priesty don't go, I like racing with you :(

Also the next track we are racing is apricot hill, this is a GT original track so where are we going to get the weather from?
