I went inters , I had a feeling you went full wet Bake , you seem to jump straight to wets like when we were practicing Suzuka .

I didnt even practice Autumn Ring at all in the wet.

If I didnt get held up for those 18 laps by logic and ekke , I would of probably got 2nd or be fighting for it earlier than the final lap but thats racing .

Should be a good replay to watch.

i like to go with extremes when choosing tyres

I like the randomness and not knowing if it will start rain or not. But like in season 1 when it obviously worked. Now it seems to go to the extreme the most of the times.

And for fixed weather not fun knowing it will be exactly the same the entire race, if it works that way. In real life you will never be sure that it will stay on the same level the whole race. But if the forecast says chances of light rain it will not be a monsoon, so something is not right with the weather system or settings.
I have not tested the whether system so i don't know how its working with time changes and changeability and stuff, so i leave that discussion to you guys. But my vote is to have it like season 1 if its possible.

@azidahaka For highlights i did crash last corner lap 39, and a bunch of mistakes all over the race :)

@azidahaka Karsten, when you do the video definitely put our 3-way battle for 2nd in and the last lap with the bumper-to-bumper finish of oz, skeng and me.

I will probably get around to take some race pictures today.

Admittedly I don't make videos but I thought the race video was about the racers not you?

Although you may have had a poor race but others may not have!

that is true, but it takes hours to make them and i had quite a busy week. The lady that takes care of administration in out factory is sick (getting operated) and i have to take care of her work too, not just mine... It's stressing. and i'm a bit low on strenght and morale due to the last results.

I think Karsten may be losing motivation himself
i'll be back to my normal self, promise :D it's just a combination of things;

work and problems there
poor results
feeling disappointed in my organizing skills for this season
grid is way smaller that i consider it successful
weather system completely changed for the worst

i guess i'm giving too much thought on too many things and putting too much blame on myself of the season's troubles.

i promise all be back to normal from now on:gtpflag:

I may have accidentally messed up a form with only 3 questions. My times zone is EST (GMT -5), do I need to submit another form?

Yeah I appreciate that, I didn't mean for it to come across s****y or anything.

I can't imagine how long it takes to process a video!

Re myself I'm still not feeling the urge to rejoin the grid (sorry), with my motivation issues and the amount of Bank Holidays we've had in the UK recently/coming up and Liverpool playing Monday, Mondays just seem to be full with real life stuff so even if I wanted to I'd probably wouldn't make it anyway.

If your planning S3 maybe consider a longer break between so people can recharge or possibly run a short 1 make series like Rolo did with the stock GT86/BRZ/FRS just to mix it up.

Do a rx7 or subaru (if you want to keep weather change) one make next season and I am sure people should just enjoy the racing and complain less , I think.

Or you could try that toyota gt86 racing car , that would be nice .

can you change colours on that ?

we'll see after this season ends; i might let some FGTA organizer take this up. The issues we have are mostly organization ones so it might be for the better, but there's still plenty of time.

i just hope this season ends decently for now.

Karsten, dont get down mate, i love what you do , and i really appreciate the time and thought you put into this.
I do know organising things for people doesnt always bring much satisfaction, specially when you are fighting with the games strange weather behavior as well. i have to say i do miss your commentary on the race videos you make.
just wanted you to know that

Power penalties for Spa-Francorchamps

skeng -60
Bakemister -40
ekke -20
Pyrates -20
Ozwheels -10
harsk -10
karsten =0=

any times so far? seems it might be oz chance to take the lead this week!

feeling sorry for skeng, >_> must be a pain on eau-rouge! But i'm sure that if games goes for rain in the end of race you can racket a few good points.
