Hey guys, the races will be late for me too. I mean, 11pm eastern is pretty late because I live in New Jersey and will probably be racing till 1am. So if you could move the time around, just tweak it to the best of your ability. If you can't move the time it'll be fine w/me. Thx.

Teamname will be changing from United Nations Motorsports to Lightning In A Bottle Motorsports
Let Flip know. Do we have a tuner....still need tune for both GT and Mclaren

Also for the Yanks..I watch almost anything that races but I did not discover this site until a month ago.
It lists all broadcast races...even repeats

@miata13B will be the room host tonight, so that's on him. From what the thread says, the room will be up at 10:45pm, race at 11:00.
That is the plan for tonight. I want to see if we can pull more people at a slightly earlier time or not. I probably will have the room up around 10:30pm but the official starting time will hopefully be 11pm.

I will try to make it by then. I'll let you know as we get closer.

No problems, like I stated in the thread, we will try to be running at 11pm but life happens a simple message will let us delay it so we have a good field running :-)

I will definitely be there for race 2, not totally sure for 1.

Welcome to the Global Sports Car Championship!
A Federation of Gran Turismo Autosports Series

The Concept
Welcome to the series thread for the Gran Turismo Global Sports Car Series, powered by the FGTA! This will be a multi - class, sports car endurance series. There will be no prototypes, only two classes of sports cars. Group A will be made of GTLM racers, and Group B will be mostly made of powered up GT300 cars, with a few extra additions.

No dates are completely set in stone yet and will be decided after the Renault/Toyota Endurance Challenge. We currently run on Tuesday and Thursday nights, Eastern Standard Time in the US (GMT -4), and it looks like those will be the times we will follow for this series. We would like to start the series in mid June.

Hello everyone! Hope everyone's having a good holiday weekend and stuff!

News for this week:

Last week's racing was really good, and did reveal a problem or two with the cars. I will focus on reregulating the Lexus, we're gonna see if we can't give it a little extra top end. Like last week, I think we should run two 40 or 50 minute races on to make sure it's all good, I am proposing Monza for speed and Suzuka for... well, why not? :D

This should be it for finalizing the Group B regs, and I feel confident on moving on next week to perfecting Group A.

Also, tentative start date: June 19th. There will be a week break in the season, as I will definitely be away for one of them.

What do you want to do to the Lexus with regulating it? I know when we ran La Sarthe it was only 4 mph down from the other top speeds. I'll can test out the Lexus this week. Monza and Suzuki sound good :-)

We'll see if anything can be done. I believe there's only one engine upgrade, but we'll take a look at the turbos. If not, then that's the way that car's gonna be. I'll look at it later tonight, currently detracted by Indy and Charlotte...

Alrighy, I was distracted by Monaco earlier lol

Alright, so did complete a small test session with some of the Group B stuff, and changed some things on the Lexus. I went from a Stage 3 Engine to a Stage 2 Turbo, this rose the HP to 434, and...

No real difference. In fact, it may have been a little slower. I'll give it another shot tonight, but I think that's where the Lexus is going to be. From what I have, the Lexus and the BRZ are a little slower in a straight line than the other 4, and that will probably be the way it's gonna go. We'll find out Thursday! And maybe tomorrow...
