Secondly, @pyrates ia a crazy SOB. He tried to pass me on a minuscule gap and still managed to make the move! Fortunately, switchback passing is my strong point.

After losing 1min in the first lap thanks to damage I had to take every opportunity.

Well, Tim runs this thing so I'd trust his word.

Well, I had a weird race yesterday...

Firstly, Glen and PASM disappeared just when we were on the grid, so I tried to make a bigger gap between Tim and me at the start. Hope I hit no one during the first 1/3 of the race. Then, when Ryan decided to quit, pasm and glen suddenly reappeared. Looking on the map, I knew pasm was far ahead (as usual ) and Glen was just in my mirror. They were 6th and 7th on the driver's list though
From the moment I could see them on the track, I was more confident so I started to push harder. I could see the Silver trophy until 10mn remaining but Tim managed to catch me after a 2 stopper race . So I finally managed to finish 3rd, which is not so bad for a noob . I noticed that I saved my tires better than everyone else, except pasm and glen; for odd reason, I couldn't switch on their car on the replay, so I don't know about their tire wear.

I don't have enough experience on GT6 to say which works best between very high or high room quality. But I'm almost certain that mics disabled can save a bit of bandwidth. If everyone is fine with the rules etc, the text chat is enough imo (and better anyway cause some of people are not english native and they may have some problem trying to understand guys speaking. This is my case, yes, but I'm sure I'm not the only one on gtplanet lol.)

I see that I'm currently around 1sec off the front group. Not sure how I will be when I will receive my wheel. I'm thinking to move in AM in case I see that I'm a way too far behind. Could it be allowed? But for now, I stick in Pro, I know it's better to run with faster guys anyway

I was about 3 sec of pace in qually, which is the same as i was last year. That was in the z4 that mikey took the win in that season
Still it was epic racing and so much more rewarding when you see the guys you thought you had no chance competing with in your rearview later on in the series due to penalties
My focus is consistancy this season. A single spin from a guy infront and i will be there picking up the points

Hi guys! Sry for not being present in pre-season race this sunday, the power station near my house just failed 1 hour before the race, and the result was 8 hours with no eletricity power

This pre-season event will be wet, so make sure you have brought the correct tyres for the car! I am going to be testing weather settings during the week and will update as and when they are confirmed.

Enjoy it, don't get too worked up about it, at the end of the day it is just a pre-season race. It is about learning your car and fellow competitors in a race environment. Good luck everyone!

Classifiable Time: 36 minutes
Medium Tyre Time: 25 minutes
Start Type: Rolling Start -- Double File



Formation Point: The FP is the exit of the bridge before the final chicane.

Acceleration Zone: The AZ starts where the barrier on the right changes colour, and ends at the timing line for the start/finish line.

Pole Sitter: It is the job of the pole sitter to control the field at a sensible pace. You must also take the inside lane for the first corner once in formation. In this case, the right hand side of the track.

AM drivers, please make sure you have Roberte (Roberte) added on PSN prior to the lobby being opened.
