Must have been something in his private life because the national team were really picking up in the last few games. Strange.
 
I used to think that as a youth mate but its easy to see how people can be pushed and not find a way out. Its a topic too big for here but I do think pathetic is a little offensive, especially if someone has lost someone close to a suicide. Maybe change the wording.
 
I have lost a friend to it but i still think it is. Suff will eventualy get better you just need to tough it out. Thats what life is for tough ot out through the hard and have fun and live careless. Like i do :D
 
Well, RIP to him. Depression is a terrible thing.

I hope you guys want to do more seasons after this. I just started racing and all.

Dont feel dirty though, we use it to replace our stolen downforce!!!!!
Ill see who wants to carry on and if I dont ill hand over the reins so you should be good.

I dont believe downforce is the issue with it. Its the mechanica grip at low speeds. Notice its super hard to keep control on slower corners without SRF, yet on fast corners on the Ring' you can just hammer it whereas in the Ferrari F10 you'd have to back off or slide off. Thats lack of downforce.

I dont know why the heck its like that. I dont think PD intended that to happen?

From my point of view it looked like you mounted me up against the wall and had your way with my car.
 
Rich- Maybe it is mechanical. I used to race my friends with the FGT from GT3/4 full seasons and the car felt great. With GT5 the car was suddenly a lot less grippy (I suspect something to do with the F1 inclusion) so I allowed SRF. I have grown to like the GT5 FGT though as its the biggest challenge in the game car wise and the Ferrari F1's seem too easy and predictable.

PB- Shame about the lag, that cost you guys a lot of time. Unfortunatley I dont know what I can do about it, I dont want the driver list to be all brits so we have to put up with it if we want international competition. Nooooo to ASM bro, it really dulls the joy of the FGT!

Ferg- Ill suggest you to skate along with the others.

Skate- Stop making love to PB's car! :lol:

:RACE REPORT.
First of all congrats to you Rhyf:gtpflag::bowdown::bowdown:..... Well I tried to qualify last but ended up being in 13th place out of 15. Still that way I should be able to avoid the 1st corner pile ups.A few people went off on the first 3 corners. Coming out of the 1st short tunnel I was in 11th place. 1st lap over I am still in 11th place with clean air in front of me and things seem to have calmed down already. Lap2 Flood has crashed in the 1st tunnel: Now in 10th place. Etid drafted and passed me down the back straight(good clean pass)👍.I'm back in 11th place.Followed Etid for a lap and a half he then passed Musalino and I was then right behind Musalino.At the end of the back straight King Sakery lost it in the corner. Musalino and I passed him. Now in 10th place. At the end of Lap 4 there was a big cloud of smoke . Etid had lost it and Musalino and I passed him. It is now Lap 5 and still I am chasing Musalino. I am in 9th place now. Musalino is using all the track and the kerbs from one side to the other:banghead: so I decided to sit behind him and either wait for an opportunity to pass or wait for him to go off. Finally on Lap 8 I got a good draft down the back straight and was able to overtake him on the inside left hander.....:gtpflag:. (YYYYYEEEEHHHHHH) Now in 8th place Runfast is in front of me but a long way off . End of Lap11 a couple of leaders have pitted. I am now up to 7th place and not far behind Spurgy. He leaves the pits and zooms off into the distance.. I'm in clean air now..Lap 15 Mustard has pitted so now I am in 5th place.👍. Lap 17 Sandman has pitted..... Yehhhhh I am now in 4th place:gtpflag:.(I don't believe it)Mustard gets past me between the 2 short tunnels that puts me down to 5th place..I understeer into the right hand wall at the start of the long tunnel.This throws me accross the track and I spin in the tunnel.:banghead::banghead: I lose a place to Smithaz whilst I get the car to face the correct way. Then I continue on my way.Lap 18 Sandman does a very good pass on me down to the last SSSS.👍 Now in 7th place. End of Lap 20 first pit stop. Now in 7th place. I came out of the pits in 9th place.Lap22 and I yielded to Sandman as he was lapping me.He is in 5th place.The others must have lapped me when I was in the pits. Lap25 Skatenj has lost it towards the end of the lap.👎 So I lap him:tup:.Lap27 I lap Fastkn:tup: just before the short tunnel. I am now in 8th place. Lap 29 Etid is in the pits and I pass him.👍 Now in 7th place. At the end of the back straight Skatenj gets past me and unlaps himself. Lap30The car is UNDERSTEERING badly:tdown: and I hit the wall at the start of the long tunnel again and end up spinning out of control .:grumpy:This lost me a place to Runfast and also a lot of time. Lap 31 Now in clean air hoping to put a few good laps in. The car is understeering ALOT..of the time ( more than I would like)Lap33 as I enter the second short tunnel Sandman disappears(disconnected again). I am in 7th place now and Mustard laps me in the back straight. Lap35 just before the 1st short tunnel I lap my teamate Flood. as he has gone wide in the corner:tdown:.Lap37 I am coming up to lap Fastkn again but as I go into the first tunnel I lap King Sakery. Still chasing Fastkn ( I don't think he has seen me) and going into the long tunnel I stay over to the right to allow Rhyf to lap me.. Fastkn sees Rhyf and moves over to let him pass and I get my chance to go past aswell. Still in 7th place:tup:.lap38 and King Sakery unlaps himself on the start/finish line. Lap39 and the UNDERSTEER is TERMINAL:banghead::banghead:. I run wide on the corner before the 1st tunnel and have a 180 degree spin off.👎 Etid passes me while Iam trying to get back on track facing the correct way. With dirt on my tyres I spin coming out of the tunnel and while I am again trying to get back on track Runfast passes me Iam now in 8th place. I decide to pit at the end of this lap ( 1 lap earlier than I planned) as the tyres had had it. I came out of the pits in 10th place. lap 40 coming out of the 1st tunnel there was a huge cloud of smoke I couldn't see a thing and I ran into the back of King Sakery.:confused: The cloud of smoke was from him as he had a spin off and was not up to race speed so I passed him. Lap 42 and Smithaz has an off in front of me in the first tunnel so I pass him.:) At the end of the back straight King Sakery drafts me and then gets back past me but outbrakes himself into the corner and I dove down the inside.Going into the 1st tunnel and Smithaz passes me.Lap44 Pigboy is in the pits and I pass him .Now I'm in 8th place:tup: At the end of the back straight I yield to Rhyf. Lap 49 I spin out just after the little jump unfortunately whilst turning around to face the right way Mustard (who couldn't see me) comes over the crest and runs into me. That gives me SEVERE engine damage also King Sakery unlaps himself while I am crippled. Lap 50 Smithaz drafts me down the back straight easily. At the end of the lap Smithaz loses it on the lst corner and I unlap myself.:) I am in 8th place now.Lap 51 Pigboy drafts me down the back straight and passes me but he loses it at the end of the left hand corner and I get past him. Fastkn is just ahead this time he sees me and moves over to let me pass. Uneventful to the end.. 8th place for me which could have been better if the the car hadn't have developed UNDERSTEER for some reason.👎...... This race report has made up for the non existant one last week...
 
Love the report Electric, that was a good finish considering the spins you had and the bad luck of being invisible. A lot of people complained about terminal understeer, maybe its the cambers in some of the corners. I was getting it at the corner just after the first tunnel. You seem to have enjoyed the race though which is the point of it all.

man i was pissed off yesterday, just wasnt in the zone at all, i blame it on me bein tired after doin 3 12 hours shifts. excuses over with, whats a good time on indy road, best i can do is low 1.07s
 
You cant win them all mate, you might have got the lap record though, havent checked them yet. We dont really know a good time yet but with no tuning I did a high 1.07 but I expect a second off that at least when we all get going.

Yes it is. Look at the f10s 250 rear wing downforce. And the fgt's measley 90.
