Gran Theft Auto 5 will be worth the $$....should be fun he he he.

Racing cars online is by far the most entertaining though. F1 2011 PS3 dont know.....PC version is good I guess.

Im exactly 3.01 seconds of pace within 30 minutes of tuning. I think this can be a good race for me. Im also not crashing much. But the first corner seeme like it woukd cause problems.

Skate- You need to work on getting that time every lap bro, no crashing. That will be enough for a top 8 finish.

PB- Those settings might not work online, I am not sure if the seasonals have the online or offline physics. Ill try it anyway just in case :) Sweet lap anyway.
Frankie howard was funny but I preferred Benny Hill, we had his music playing in the lobby the other night. Great report mate, after viewing the replay I think the tunnel was haunted although Electric had trouble in the 2nd one :D
You could be on the podium at Indy if you can pull off 1.06's I look forward to seeing you on the field of battle sir!

Can you manage the GT40? Chapparel is full, the interest thread is in interest checks section so check it out there 👍

i do consistent 1:08's with only 1 mistake in my tuning session. Late braking on corner 1

Im gonna practice today and try to get into low 1:07 territory. I think i have a few tricks for my tune to do that.

Good luck, the best I have seen so far is a 1.06.5xx and my best is 1.07.1xx. I think with a little tuning and practice I will maybe get to 1.06 mid. I gotta try PB's tune too.

Not looking forward to this one, dont like the wide open tracks. My pace is good enough for 6th-8th position at the minute, and thats after trying 4 different setups

On pace alone I reckon 4th ish at present, with a sneaky strat or a few more tenths I should be good for a podium.

Why dont u like proper racetracks, i much prefer them. Maybe its driving styles, i try to be quite smooth, maybe thats why i sucked at TM/did well around Suzuka.
Bret- Mustard got a 106.1 last night just before u left, altho he said he was on half fuel, still impressive though.

Cus on the city type circuits like tokyo, trial mountain and stuff you have the walls there to keep you on your toes, on the big open circuits i dont have much to reference on the way round, expecially on this one. With long sweeping corners, im finding it really hard to get the right line, put the power down at the right moment etc I think im just being too cautious

I do like tokyo, it is a proper race track. I kno what u mean about walls/lack of, i think we shud have off track grip on low rather than real so u are not punished 30+seconds for a small mistake and ending up in sand. R u online for practice today?

Smithaz- I like the real life circuits, the only one I dont seem to be able to perform well on is Suzuka and Nurburgring 24hr (this is lack of practice only). No idea about suzuka, to me its the one that requires the most concentration. 1.06.1 is impressive but its early days. I am sure the times will fall as we tune up and learn the driving lines. Tokyo can be misleading though as you can bounce off the barriers and not lose too much time (not saying you would do this).

Pagey- I reckon you like to chuck the car around a bit more than me, thats why your normally the fastest but with more pit stops in a season. Your style suits NB24hr, TM, GVS, DFR etc. Its effective too, with all your wins and lap records. Smithaz is a mix of our styles.

Yeah we could do that, might make it less realistic though. And i doubt it, i wont be able to till half 9ish

Maybe i just need to adapt my driving style to some tracks :)

Grip has got to stay on real, I would have a mutiny on my hands otherwise :)

Its hard to adapt, I think we do already but you cant beat what your natural style is. I aim for good finishes on tracks I see you being favourite on and try strat tricks etc. and I go for it on tracks I see as mine :D

ELECTRIC- Thanks :)

Hey, finally joined GTP after a bit of persuasion from bret, and thought id just put a quick message on here. Ive been running a test lobby most days, so feel free to come and keep me company, or just to get some practice. And im down to a 1.06.0, but Ive done quite a few laps, so im sure it wont be long before someone beats it lol :P
