I've been doing some testing at SSRX in the FGT, and it doesn't really tell you a lot. It tells you the 0-60mph time, the 0-100 time and the quarter mile time.
This will be good for the tight and twisty tracks because you will be regularly accelerating from say 50mph.
However on the high speed tracks its useless, as the information you really want to know is how fast it accelerates from 75-125mph, or 100-150mph. And its information it doesn't give.
I recon you should be able to tailor the time zones, so you can test the acceleration between specific speeds. Not just the generic 0-60 and 0-100.
Im a bit miffed really

I expected it to be next to useless for the FGT mate as they all have roughly the same top speed out of draft depending on the length of the straight. I am looking forward to a blast on ssrx tonight 👍

I cant update :( It takes 300 minuites. The internet on my playstation has gone or something. Ever since I painted my room?

My mate is awake! :D He is moving slightly but he still needs a ventilator. he is not out of the woods yet though but still... :D :D :D :D :D :D

Some photos i took, hopefully this works

I spent all night last night racing on the X online. The racing is much cleaner & a fair bit closer than racing Nascar @ Daytona.

Daytona has alot of crashes because of the narrowness of the track & tightness of the corners.

The lap record appears to be around 3:20 in the X2011 from what I saw (355 mph average). Bump drafting with draft on strong is worth atleast 60 mph in most cars. :sly:

Remember in real life the draft in Nascar is worth only about 20 mph, but thats on a small track obviously.

We had a dirty Prius race on there last night, quite amusing. Everything is route X at the moment but I am hoping for a proper race track in the next DLC.

He is not, I repeat not........happy
Dont blame him, Vettel get preferential treatment. Is the number 1, number 2 driver thing official or just something we all assume? (fans, commentators etc.)

Maybe officially, I suppose its good sense to back your fastest driver. Jus feel a bit sorry for Mark, seems like a good bloke. I reckon he wants to lay the swede on seb though

Ugh... Logitech is making me mad. Im still waiting 3 days for a response from customer service...

The problem with Webber is hes too big for the car, so hes already at a disadvantage, and RB probably have to put more effort into designing his car in the first place. Plus I dont think Webber could beat Vettel even if he was no.1 driver, and he got 2nd place, I wouldnt be grumpy if I got 2nd in an F1 race :D

My money is on Webber, Vettel will brake his hand for sure punching that jaw

I think Webber was so frustrated because he knows he's one of the quickest guys out there, on a good day the quickest, plus he had the fastest car. Yet he still hadnt won a race, that was his first real chance so to be told to back off would be so frustrating.

I dont think he is really.....

Vettel on the other hand seems very nice. Vettel is genuinely nice guy in my opinion.

Really, I thought he was like 5 ft-8 or something. Oh nevermind, I see on RBR website he's 6 foot. haha
