Wow this Race was great.
My Qualy was rubbish like always => 11th.
But due to my flux-capacitor I can manage to get 3rd out of the first Lap
I had some real nice Duells with Flood, etid, Ronin and Sandman during the Race.
The last one was just 2 corners xDD but a duell
It is real worth it watching thoose laps.
I have to admit I spun out Ronin (I waited for him) and rammed him at turn 1 (but that was the bump of the Track which I hit while I was at the far inside of the turn) but apart from that me think we had some nice laps.
I pitted at lap 16/17 and went from RM- to RS-tires.
I was 6th or 7th after my stop.
I had some free laps lapped some guys and catched up on the drivers in front of me.
At this stint I do made some smaller mistakes and I bite me for that.
Pitted again at 32/33 lap.
Was behind Brett, Pagey, Sandman, Etid and Ronin.
I managed to get some consistant times but Ronin and Etid where faster (Ronin catched Etid and went into the Sandtrap at Hatzenbachbogen).
After I saw the above accident I tried to catch Etid and hoped Ronin wasn´t in his "anger"-mode where he drives the Hell out of his FGT
I thought I would get him but I did minor mistakes again the most important one at final lap.
=> 5 seconds behind Etid -_- Congrats
Well for next race I won´t make those minor mistakes which should bring me 1 position.
Hoping I´ll get my first Podium this Season.

Race report:
I had qualifyed poorly, i span out on both my quali laps, so i started back in 9th and got caught up in the midfield. I managed to get past some people and got some clean air but my tyres went pretty quickly so i pitted from 4th i think it was.
I came out in clear air and put in some decent lap times and took 15 seconds out of the lead car, and as people pitted i found myself leading for about 10 laps, i was averaging 1.27s at this point but again my tyres went off very quickly again, i could only get 10 laps out of the softs for some reason. so i pitted from the lead of about 10 seconds. i came out in 3rd and in clear air again. so i knuckled down and got on with it. i got these tyres to last a bit longer and pitted from first again on lap 33 i think with a 40 second lead.
This is where my race went to ****, i put softs on again, as soon as i pressed okay in the pits i realised my mistake and took my fustration out on the pillow XD
I was 10 seconds behind rhy, and i got the gap down to under 3 seconds but i had to pit for mediums, i came in on lap 43.
Came out behind sandman and overtook him on lap 44 and brung it home 23 seconds behind.
So i pitted 4 times in the end, it my cock up hadnt happened it would have been very close at the end.

Turns out I was a little too hungry because after matching the pole lap in the first sector I blew it with a poor exit at turn 5 and ditched myself into the sand. Luckily for me my main rival had an even poorer out of character quali
Starting from 4th the lights went out
I got a good start off the line and stuck behind runfast catching the generous draft and managed to pass him on the inside with 4 cars almost abreast I was short on options. Sandman from pole emerged from the fist corner with his position intact so I settled in to hunt him down. Unluckily he piled on the gas too early in turn 2 and slid side on to the oncoming traffic. Feeling sorry for my team mate I streaked by and I was free of
Seeing that Pagey was caught up in some traffic I settled into a good rhythym which would look after my tyres. 1.28's one after the other and built a great lead.
I pitted on lap 15 with my fronts looking a bit rough and came out in 3rd. Unfortunatley the lads in front pitted soon after and I was on my own again driving like a muppet on the mediums. Pitting at lap 30 I had lost a lot of time and the mediums were in a bad way. Glad to get back on to the softs I started pumping the laps back in and doing my best to avoid the back markers (most of whom yielded). I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw Pagey was within 10 seconds of me. Knowing he had slightly better pace I thought I would make him work for it. Sneakily I carried on protecting my tyres for the next few laps (keeping something back) and he made good gains on me. By lap 40 I was getting concerned as I had put the foot down but he was still gaining and I was starting to make small mistakes. He got within 2-3 seconds of me and my win grin had faded but behold.....he pitted? Which I thought was odd but it turns out he hadnt run the slower tyre so I was saved. I saw sandman take 2nd and was chuffed for a 1-2 for mercedes but it wasnt to be. SM binned it on lap 44
With a 30 second lead I relaxed and cruised in for the big no.1 happy days!

mg no,i just read a news story yesterday sayin he was doing the indy season.
My race was OK,Quali was good except for the bunker/sand trap,fell straight into last,spun a few times,a few 3 point turns (ouch),let everybody by pretty good i think,all 300 competitors:tup:....i didnt know if i was racing so didnt practice much.Learnt alot watching the replay,those new SKIP buttons make the race story easy to figure out.Couldnt get a rythem going at all.Set up was untried.Was battling with skateNj,then he cleared off.Then i just watched the intervals of cars passing me.Its funny how differnt tracks have certain character and can be really tough

.I used bumpercam after the first lap only because its got a mirror.Next up Laguna,did better there last season-got to corner 2 before flying off the track 
Dan Wheldons crash is the worst ive seen in my 25yrs of watching/attending races and could've been worse.The only good thing that could come out of it is that other drivers might see that accidents can be deadly,especially in Nascar.With 2 INDY 500 wins he was the DW'jr of the USA (DW = Darrel Waltrip) and the world-

@Brett: You could with the In race adjustments (If you have activated them in the Controller/Wheel-Settings.
If you have activated this you can adjust, while racing, your Brake Balance, TCS, ABS and the Torque split (for AWD-Cars).
Pretty nice me think.
Ah and Fast-KN well done. I know how my first race was. I spun a lot and I wasn´t anywhere near the pace of the others.
But after 3-4 Races and Testing with the others I got better and better (mainly with the Car it´s seriously a beast).
Just stick with us and you´ll get more and more confident with the Car.

got pole.. wow (not expecting that)
the lights went out and i managed to stay in the lead from the first corner...
second corner, COLD ******* TYRES!!! nearly spun it, got overtaken by flood and brett.. overall had the worst first lap ever, was in 8th at the end.
managed to climb back up the board slowly, was now in 3rd on lap 10, second on lap 11. then pitted, came back out in 7th. climed back up to 4th, brett had pulled out the pits infront of me on lap 16, we then had a nice little battle (team battle)xD for 8 laps until i had to pit (was in second at the time), the came out 4th behind runfast and pagey. me and runfast had a tangle then was waiting for each other to pass, while faffing about, sakery had caught up lol. overtook brett while he pitted on lap 31. pitted lap 33 (racing mediums) came out 3rd. then i set a 1:25.755 on lap 34.. plodded along to meet pagey after he pitted for tyres on lap 43.. we then had a battle to the end but it was impossible keeping up with my shot tyres..
finished 3rd, new LR and pole position, happy with the result but of only i had a good first lap. well done to brett 👍 wooooooo go team mercedes!!!!! nearly a 1-2 .

Race Report: well I spun right off on the first lap trying to avoid the spinning cars going into turn 7, and I rejoined near the back so had to try to fight back somehow, then I just got wrecked a few times. Near the end I was just trying to bring it home when my wheel just broke, I had no force feedback for the last 15 laps, which is really weird. Overall I'm just happy to race again, and congratulations to Brett, stellar drive:tup:
