Honda. Besides my current Ford truck, the only cars I've ever owned have been Honda's. My PSN handle is HondaCBR300R because it's the bike I have. So I kind of have to go with Honda

Audi. I was planning on going with Ferrari, but as they seem quite inconsistent in performance and overall a bit hard to master I decided to go with a more balanced car combo. Both the TT Cup and R8 LMS are very good cars; even though they drive very differently. Also nice that the R8 LMS got an upgrade in the latest patch.

Jag. I've been using the F-Type GR.3 in most lobbies and the daily races so I was used to it. Also it's the only car I've spent time working on a livery for and I like showing it off. Doesn't matter in the contract case since you can't use liveries on sponsored cars, but that explains why I've been using the F-Type at least. And of course it's gorgeous.
I grappled with this decision for a while though. I was checking out each manufacturer and looking at each cars stats trying to determine which would be the best. Very nearly sold on Chevrolet after seeing the GR.4 Vette's power/weight advantage, but wasn't as impressive on the GR.3 Vette.
From what I saw, most of the GR.4 cars were around 400hp and 2800-3000lbs and most Gr.3 cars were around 550hp and same weight range. Vette was 414hp and 2866 (if I'm remembering correctly), Jag was 399hp 2976lbs. Does any of this matter when BoP is going to restrict everything, but I just used it as a rough estimate for performance. The Gr.3 Beetle was 591hp and around 2650lbs which was advantageous over some of the other Gr.3 specs, but I just couldn't bring myself to sign a contract with Volkswagen.

Well no but after the last update, I could sign a new contract. Maybe a bug and I’ll have to go back to Honda.

Dodge, because mopar or nocar. Not that it matters the races run starting at 10pm my time which is the middle of the night for me as i get up at 3am for work

I signed with Dodge, thought really hard on the Porsche, if the Ford GT had of been in the game would have signed with Ford but went Dodge, like the Vipers and want to drive for a manufacturer from my home country so that dropped the Porsche from contention.

The good thing about racing a Dodge in Gran Turismo is that you don't have to actually fix all the crappy parts that break

I really wanted to stick with Jaguar, but couldn't get on with the Gr.3 car, so with the opportunity arising to change I went for fellow Brits McLaren instead. The Gr.4 car I'm as comfortable with as the F-Type, and the Gr.3 I find just plain faster...
