Welcome to the FIA GT World Championship Season III, we are looking forward to having a great, fun season! The series started when I asked Charlie A if he wanted to create a GT3 series, when he said yes I went off to create the thread. Ever since then the series grew very rapidly and caught the interest of many drivers, we are still growing and are excited to have you on board!

After the great success of season 2, we decided to make small changes. You'll notice some changes from Season 2 including:

- More stewards joined the Staff to give their help.
- The new format used for the end of Season 2.
- Larger Roster: 40+ drivers capable of signing up.
- Possibility of removing Lexus and adding a new car.
- 8 race week-ends, 1 drop. Your lower week-end score will not count.​

After the rapid succes of season 1, we decided to handle a new season. You'll notice massive changes from Season 1 including:

- New stewards joined the Staff to give their help.
- New Qualifier procedure: you now have 2 flying laps to set you qualifying lap
- New starting procedure: We will now use a rolling start procedure.
- More cups: Introducing PRO and AM Cups.
- Larger Roster: 42 drivers capable of signing up
- More Cars: Added more cars for GT3.
- 7 race week-ends, 1 drop. Your lower week-end score will not count.​

Getting some more practice in today.

Edit: just found out that my car needed a body restore...changed the oil and now the car is tip top I hope to see a little improvement on lap times!

This is the color of my SLS: GT6 Chrome 04, it looks like a chrome dark blue. If racefan88 doesn't have it, he and I will figure out a color. As of now, I'm running the color I posted for this Sundays race.

@racefan88, let me know if you have the color. Its one of the GT colors they put in the game when you pre-ordered the game.

How many pits are required for the main race?

After the first pitstop you can change to any tire you want. I am not sure if about the number of pitstops but I think at least 1 in mandatory.

I managed these last time I tested the S1 cars:

MONZA --- GTR: 1'43.9 -- R8: 1'44.1 -- SLS: 1'44.1 -- Z4: 1'44.1

But I think the specs may have changed slightly since then.

I was just testing with @PIP_36 and @buddie racers. Most were low to mid 45s on meds. My fastest on meds was 44.7xx.
