Well, I had a very productive practice session yesterday. Basically I use the Praiano's tune on this car but I have done some adjustments on dampers, toe and braking balance due to my DS3 controller driving style and ABS off.

I managed to hit a 1:45.0 on meds and 1:44.1 on softs. I was surpised that I could only create a .9 sec gap between the 2 tires compounds.

I hope this will be enough for the race though.

I will probably test the softs today. Was that fresh softs or changed in the pits? Because that is a gap I would expect in Monza for glitched softs.
 
I changed in the pits if i remember correctly. I plan to run an other practice session tonight anyway.

And didn't knew there was a glitch on Monza about tires.
Actually, I bought GT6 2 weeks ago and I'm not aware of all GT6 problems yet :P

I still need a lt of practice really off pace by about a second on compound. If I fix my transmission how much do you think I can make up?

I'm more of a suspension man, and rarely bother to specifically tune my transmission, but here is what I do:

95% of my tunes have stock final drive. For Monza, I set top speed to about 211 mph, move 1st + 2nd all the way to the left. 6th all the way to the right, and then adjust 3rd, 4th and 5th, to make a nice smooth transition between the gears. Something similar to this:

Doesn't seem to do too badly for me. 👍

I should be as good as in, I have not driven since a few days after our last race, I will not let that be an excuse to driving and how (my paced) I will be at it, but has there been any handling changes to the cars?

I will be watching those BMW guys, their car seems strong, and the preseason run we did shows quite a bit of brute from those Datsuns

You're not on the list cause you have to add your name yourself. To do it, just quote the last post that you can sse with a list (sniperRed in this case) then remove the [ QUOTE] tags, add your name in the appropriated section and post.

This list is useful for the organizers as they can see who is able to race for the next round and who isn't, etc ;)

I may be running late to the race now. Hopefully, i'll be home in time. What time is the race Tomorrow? Depends on the race start time
 
Gonna open practice session later tonight.... I'm having so much trouble with transmission... I need HELP!! If I bring 1st and 2 nd gear all the way to the left second gear stalls... Help!

Looks like I'm out for the practice race. I have had next to no practice time. Personal things going on at home are not allowing me to sit down to practice and enjoy my game. :(
