News Update:
Ok fellas so the next round at Monaco will be a race distance of 62 Laps including pace lap. This puts us right at the same driving time as the Mazda Raceway Rd; maybe 1 min or 2 min over at the most. Op is updated with points but not race results. It pains me to say that since I didn't finish the whole race there were 5 disconnects or quits that I cant put laps too, so I need the whole replay or for someone to tell me at what laps did skengD, FlyinHawaiian, Chozza, and Willfred dropped from the race to properly post race results or updated their points. After finding this out and also regretting some 2 days later that I parked my car in the pits, looking at the finishing order & points fight I will never not complete a race again for this series in the future. On my distance test I posted a PB of 1'31'826, so I'm guessing a fast lap is 1'30's for a 1st target time. I do believe poll will be in the 20's range for this round at Monaco. See you guys on track! 👍

Better start running laps! That's going to be a hard one to get used too! Should we maybe do a bit if a practice at some stage if we can line up time zones?

some of us test between 5-9AM our time Jordy, mainly me and most of the brit's and the odd other, joe usually is on for testing around 1PM- 7PM our time with the odd other,

both these are our time zones,

Oh thats good to know then. The afternoon would probably suit me better because most mornings i have to get up and ready for work, so i dont get a huge chunk of time to get on the PS3!

Hopefully i can run some practice with you guys at some point though! 👍

I just love how I spent a ton of laps practicing and Skeng shows up and steals the show on a pop up. Much power to him I wish I had instant speed like that. Anyways I found some pace and made a charge forward, but I had a person pass by my TV screen before turn 4 and after I blew that turn the pack behind me caught up and I got punted once at he corkscrew and then after regaining composuer I got punted again. At that point I was so frustrated that I miss my pit window and then I ate thru my tires. This is a rhythm track so once rhythm was broken it was a wrap. I should of man'ed it out like I did at Jstc I could of still placed where I qualified over all at the worst. On the up side I only lost 10 potential points so ill bounce back at the next round.

-I will be implementing a front fender rule for the remainder of the season. When going into a turn whomever has the front fender going into the turn has the right away. There was way too much nudging and walk cars up the track today. Were just getting started so I understand that we need a couple of rounds to get use to the cars & drivers but some rules will help us figure it out with the less incidents possible. I'm not worried about the big tracks but these small courses or even better narrow course take some give & take from both drivers. I actually complete a outside pass on TnT because he left room. Thanks man for not putting me in the dirt! 👍

That's what team mates are for. You gave me the 1st run. When you were ready to take the 2nd run and I knew you had more than my car had at the moment, I moved over so you could have the position at the time. 👍

No doubt my Nissan Z will be strong here. Acceleration and turn in are strong points of my car, just what you need here! I'll give my times out later on.

Running with joe last night in the GTR R35-TC (Premium DLC). 32.4 was my best with fairly consistent results. Except for when I slowed down for joe, or when he tricked me with a pit dive and stayed out. :P

I'm usually 2 seconds off pace from the front runners so I agree the pace will be 28-29s.

Seth how do you get that Z. Id like to try it out.

I got to say I'm loving this series, Hope to have my rig completed before this weekend, for WEC, But I really want to maintain my lead here,

TDZdave I feel you a %100 percent. I'm focusing all my attn to this points fight. Finally a series where all the week long practice laps are finally worth it.

It will be close, but people gotta remember to give a little. Pit strategy will be key too.

Yea there is more room here then I thought at 1st, but still passing is going to take 2. At least if you get punted you hit a wall instead of the dirt. I will beusing the pits to get out of dirty air and to get myself into clean air. Mazda re reminded me that this is a long race to allow things to unfold.

Important News:
-Ok Blancpain drivers so this series literally blew up in 10 days time to the point where we are at 22 Active Drivers. I like having more than 16 sign ups to insure full grids but we may run into a over populated race day so we need to start the sign up sheets right away. The 1st 16 will have 1st priority to gridding up for the upcoming event and the last 6 will be next in line reserves. This will also allow me to create more recently updated spreadsheets in the future to post on our op. Thank You!

Yea if were getting large grids two rooms would be cool. Sorta like jstc. I think getting over 20 would be nuts.

Depending on how these sign ups go will close the sign ups for this season. Getting down to 20 can happen still depending on how the points battle takes shape.

Another note I've been watching more endurance racing, and I'm really learning that you can make a charge back from a low grid position as long as you stay on the lead lap and hve solid race pace. Us racing bi weekly damn near insures me I won't miss any races are maybe 1 instead of like 4 per season. Plus the girlfriend just got 2 sunday's in her pocket so I know she won't be complaining. I've been dying to race a series like this!

you know why we've got so many sign ups just look at at where we are we are one of the most active series threads. i don't think we've ever been lower than halfway down the page

On another note joe if we do two rooms would you like me to help do the positions as if we merge the two rooms race results we can still have a good battle for positions

Sorry I missed the last race, but I should be able to make the rest of them.

Currently my PB is a 1:31.1, but I was on a 1:30.XXX until I messed up my braking point and too nouvelle too wide. Clipped the barrier and it insta-stopped me. I got a feeling the Citreon isn't the fastest by any stretch.
