Last time i tried was lastnight and obviously no joy havent tried today but COD was a no go earlier.

Edit 6.30pm tonight things should be back to normal so im told.

I'm on now, I can sign into PSN. I went onto FIFA and it says in the bottom right that I'm not connected to the EA servers, when I try to connect it says they are unavailable.
But it still let's me play online even though it says I'm not connected.

Same for me, trucks and then some Fifa. Without any cautions, the race will be between 50-55 minutes. However this is Furi's NASCAR trucks, so there will probably be many cautions.
