During the race i am sure this would not of been noticed as it was so so close to being withing the rules.
But in Q i have to make it as fair as possible, and i did try to make it in for Erazer,
but it was out, just.
His best Q time he then gets an added 1 second.
During the race, if a driver shows just shows his brake lights when if he runs out of
track limits he will not get a penalty.
No one will want to watch through everyone's race to ensure track limits are observed,
and everyone will run wide or cut a corner by misjudgement at some point.
Rather than be spotted doing this in a replay, and then getting a penalty, a quick dab of the brakes
will be a self induced penalty, and we thing this also shows the car behind that we are all being fair.
Thanks, got forced out of retirement by IP for toshost's series, then I saw this and decided what the hell, lets give it one last go. and the new specs and regs looks good imo.

QUALIFYING PROCEDURE
After arranging with an official either on the thread or on PS3
the official will create a room with the exact settings above.
He will ensure the car spec is correct.
He will then allow only the Q driver to enter pitbox.
He will start the 5 Lap Race
LAP 1 WARM UP LAP
LAP2 - LAP 3 - LAP 4 - INDIVIDUALLY TIMED FLYING LAPS
5TH LAP SLOW DOWN LAP. THE OFFICIAL MUST
OBSERVE THE DRIVER THROUGHOUT THE FLYING LAPS
NOTE DOWN ANY TRACK LIMITS VIOLATIONS FOR EACH LAP
SAVE THE REPLAY IN CASE OF DISPUTE
ADD PENALTY TIME FOR EACH TRACK LIMIT VIOLATIONS PER LAP
POST THE BEST LAP FOR THE DRIVER ON THE FORUM

NO IN GAME MESSAGES THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SESSION FROM ANYONE Track Limits Time penalties
Each time per lap out of track limits -
incurs 1 second addition to time.
Each time per lap clearly more than a car width out of track limits -
incurs 2.5 sec addition to time.
Danny_2jz reported yesterday that after an oil change he still could not get his pp back to 600
it would only go to 599 pp with all the correct settings.
He did engine overhaul and still his pp was still 599pp he checked no ballast and we were stumped.
I think he said his car had done 10000 miles.
We in the room could not understand this, and said he must be mistaken.
Anyway after spening many credits on oil and rebuilds, he decided to get a new car.
The new car was correct pp for the HSV settings.
Tonight oddly enough, my car went over 9000 miles.
I saw the pp had dropped to 599.
I went for an oil change, and on returning to lobby, exactly the same thing happened.
I could not get 600pp back, with all the correct settings.
Very odd, so i messed around a bit and found a fix.
If you have this issue, i just took off the turbo , i added stage 3 tune.
I then took off the stage 3 tune and put back on the mid turbo,
hey presto correct pp restored with the same settings.
Just a guess, i suppose that would be like fitting a new turbo, maybe the old mid turbo was worn out.

Im glad you found out a away to solve this issue, i will try this method tomorrow to see if it works for me too.
Hmm that interesting that Turbos get worn out after a long term of use.
