It one the Sunday Cup races by about .200 seconds faster than the others. I add a few mods when I got some money. A Racing Muffler and a Stage 1 Turbo.

Same here....

my first car was a '91 nissan s13 silvia Q.
when i started the game i didnt know you won cars from the license test. if i knew i would of won some cars instead of buying one. i felt so stupid

I started with some sort of Mazda RX-7, tuned it a bit, then entered the "Super Speedway" race in the station wagon cup thingy after some licenses were won. That gave me over 12,000 cr in about 3 minutes; not bad to start with. Did that race a bit, then moved on to a BMW 320ci

I started on a Prelude....probably a ninty-four Si.

Worked very well.

.......i played GT for a few months before I realized that I can CHANGE the suspension settings...lol.....

Hmmm....should I name all 6 or so? I wonder if I remember all of them...........In order, as best I can:

Spoon S2000
Civic 3 Door SI
Mitsu FTO
Toyota MR2
Mazda Miata
Mitsu FTO

I think that's it. I wish you could start off with a 240SX....:(

First time I used a 94 Prelude VTEC. I noticed the car understeer REALLY bad, but if you hit the gas, it usually comes around.

Second time I used a CRX. I only used it for a couple races, so I don't remember it well.

You do know "understeer" (or "push") means that car refuses to turn even though the wheel is turnt, and "oversteer" means that the back end swings out when you're turning.

Right??????

I'm on an RX-7 Infini-III for my next game, seeing how many different races I could win with it. Quite the firestarter, I must admit. And rallying with it isn't half bad:

All the Sunday, Clubman (I know, big deal), FR races, GT300 series, Grand Touring, Pure Sports, Smokey Mountain North, SM South, and Green Forest rallys. And those are races where the RX-7 isn't really out of place (racing it against wagons is fun the first time around, but after 3 other games, you should be able to follow the spirit of the rules).

So the Inifini must be king of 1st-day cars.

I started with a skyline GTS-t on one card a prelude on another card. The GTS-t card I finsihed the game without a loss, then achieve all golds in the lic test.

That's the part the threw me.....just wanted to clear things up.

Now that I think about it, it sounds like an LSD do'n its job.

Actually the really old skyline GTR is before the R series was started. That car would be a late 70's make before the real or should I say well known GTR's became what they are today.

That car would have been produced by the Prince Motor Co.

My first car (this is really embarassing) was an 800R. 22hp and a horriable 0-60 of like 20 sec. I believe that is the right name, but it's fuzzy.

Needless to say I lost every race I took part in until I could buy a better car. Which turned out to be a 91 Honda Civic-CRX Si. It actually makes a preety good rally car for starters. Topped at about 208 hp but still it was nice. Until I got a VW Beatle (as a joke) and suped it up to 330 hp and started to rally with it. Later
