First in game look at "standard" cars in Granturismo 6

Hahahahahah

You guys or are "racing only" lovers or I don't know what you are. Car lovers isn't.

The magic of Gran Turismo is to be "The real DRIVING simulator". Driving the most cars you can, getting to know them, read about them in the descriptions, know different cars that you didn't knew before. Have fun racing a slow kei car or a supercar. It's all in the package.

I drove, customized, loved, tried, driven again and again and again each one of my almost 1100 cars. 300 premiums, 800 standards. And I love every single one of them.

GT5 wouldn't be the same without the BMW M3 CSL for example. I wish it was premium, I agree, but it's not... I enjoy the standard. Without it, I'll miss it.

You guys are looking and acting weird. You don't look like Gran Turismo players.

If you play GT since the beginning, it's impossible to not understand how "oh, you really drove +100 cars in GT5".
Amen:bowdown:. /thread.

PD must have made a mistake on the car list then because doesn't have a "6" beside it like all the other cars upgraded from Standard >>> Premium.

Just like the Toyota 2000GT, and the Acura NSX is missing from the list as well, yet clearly seen in a recent trailer.

1064 - Toyota 2000GT '67 .... is on the list, but not with a "6" so no confirmation it's not still "standard". If you have a cockpit view to prove me wrong I'll be happy to take a look at it:D

Is the Acura NSX confirmed for being in the game at launch? We all know that stuff seen in trailers doesn't always make it into the game at launch, and sometimes never.

No, I'm not stating that they're premium at all, I'm stating that those cars were all in recent trailers, with other cars which are confirmed and definitely premium. And the Veyron is in the same trailer, yet listed twice, with two dates (even though it's the same car).

My point is, it's not only the Sauber C9 that creates confusion. The two mentioned could be a prime example of the level of detail that PD applied to those cars, that they felt the need to show them off in trailers. Or they could be premium. There is no conclusive evidence yet to prove either of those possibilities, I'm just saying that the Sauber C9 is not the only car on the list like that.

Although we're talking about PD, I simply can't imagine that they will keep the NSX from us anymore. They have been teasing us with that car since the Special Stage Route X DLC.

Okay, we have no confirmation about what previously standard cars are now premium right? (I think word "converted" is wrong for many reasons)

Only of a handful, the ones listed with a 6 after their name in the Car List that were definitely standard in GT5.

The three mystery machines, the Sauber C9, the Toyota 2000GT and the new Honda NSX are most likely part of the machines that PD has decided not to list as "6" cars yet. We might end up getting the fully full car list at the Ascari Launch Event or after the game launches and we start window shopping in the game. We're still three machines short of the magic #1200.

I just about to say "it's only better because I love surprises" and...

Maybe really PD wanted to surprise us? ;)

Well.. for the 100th time ...its not final so...

This. Furthermore, the game hasn't gone gold yet (afaik) and the changing images on the official website suggests PD are still making changes to the game. Until the launch event, nothing is certain.

or it's upgraded to premium, but is still introduced in GT6 with the same name and all it has in GT5.

Regarding the NSX, if the car is coming out 2015 or as a 2015 model (2014 3rd qtr release), the SUPERGT version will be out before the road version.* We could wind up getting the prototype like the C7. Then, the final version later in the year. And if GT7 is coming out end of next year, maybe well see the production version in all its PS4 glory.

* My opinion is not the opinion of gtplanet or its subsidiaries and should be adhered to as purely speculation and reaching for some explanation. :D

From the few videos a watched, the standards seem to not have any jaggy edges, which is good. I do hope a majority of them have been updated with an interior.
