A lot of people don´t have credit to buy cars. Most of them who already have them have changed the oil. No problem for me one way or another.
Fair enough, I see your thinking but its always best to check 👍. Might be wise to add a note for the testers to your OP or tune perhaps to prevent any possible confusion that might occur.

i made the torque split change for the cars because we are allowed 1 change in the setup between tracks correct ? if you are saying i'm allowed to adjust my tune for oil change, it's not needed.

Your tune passed inspection, tire change and one setting change.

@praiano63 I see your logic, but to ensure testers are not required to change the oil to complete testing or bring Thierry car back to none oil change levels. I decided that oil changes are not allowed. I remember the headache couple challenges back when we had some cars with oil some with chassis reinforcement, some with none.

@xande1959 thank you for the check on the tune and letting him know about the change in case it wasn't allowed. Great to see everyone watching out for everyone else

Oil change can mess with the custom gearbox only, this will not be the case in this shootout because no custom gearboxes.
I´ve alreay changed the oil and i will have to buy a new car to do the tune sheet because i´ve forgot the numbers now with no oil change.
I´ve already spent around 50.000.000 credits to buy cars and parts for my garage and i just have a few credits now.
Money is hard to make in this game. I´m sure i´m not alone in this case.
Anyway, just my 2 cents.

1200 miles later....

I understand where your coming from on that one. One Redbull race will cover the cost of the car and parts. Not even the championship just one race at the standard level.

@DolHaus looks good sir

Have a go with my drift tune Link here - I am consistently getting 7500 - 10000 points each go I am going for gold. So far I am 2.5 mil richer than I was. If you can't get gold with mine, there are other tunes in the other link which you can use.

I´ll try this, the problem is that i´m not able to pass the first suzuka right drifting..... i´m a very bad drifter or i don´t know how to drift at all.
What is the easiest silvia model and tune for a guy like me ???? Is there any hope ??
I'd recommend my S14 https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/threads/drift-haus-tuning-garage.302396/page-4#post-9470663
Very stable and forgiving while sideways. Once its sideways you can just stay on the throttle and focus on the steering, it will give you plenty of warning before over rotating so its a decent learners car.

No biggie either way, prefer STI but will;);) take either :dopey: can finish near the bottom with either :D
Soooo.......this was more in reference to Street not Spec, after further review I may have been better off with Evo in the Spec class as I was happier with the Evo IV than I am with my STi. Could finish last (again) with this one or it may surprise me. Will try and post later tonight as I have had enough and have learned when to say when, do not want to keep fixing it until IT IS broke.
Now, my Street is a tough choice. Satisfied with both Primary and Secondary cars. One is FAST FAST FAST but tricky on the wet. The other is easier to drive on the wet but a combined 1.4 secs slower:confused:. Now which will test better?:irked::nervous::dopey::boggled:
Oh well, I have been at the bottom before, it's not so bad:);)

I'd say toss a coin, its the easiest way to make a decision.
I've gambled and lost with both options in the past, either made a car that had one great lap in it but was a difficult SOB most of the time or gone for something much easier to drive and been way off the pace.
There is still time to do a cold test, put the car away for a day or two and don't touch it then come back to it for a fresh start. Approach it like a reviewer would, do 10 laps and make note of the fastest laps and which one you enjoyed driving more. If you can still hit the fast times in the difficult car then that may be your answer, if it seems like an undriveable mess then go with the safe option.

I put it away for 3 days, went back to the back up car last night and it just is not as much fun, and it's slower. If not for Stowe it would be a no brainner.........I hate @Otaliema right now:lol::lol::lol::lol:

I have a feeling that Stowe is going to throw up some surprises, I couldn't get my head around it so I concentrated on Autumn Ring instead in the hope that it wouldn't be too much of a handful in the wet

Well, not that I'm intimidated (:scared:), but it does not help to be going up against a PRO in each class in @praiano63 AND @Motor City Hami. And @Otaliema came from nowhere in the last shootout.
They're like the end bosses, save your health potions and power-ups!
I think the Spec class is going to be super tight, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole group was separated by less than 0.8.

Stowe is a tuff one, it levels out the cars allot, hence why I picked it allowed a few more cars in the mix.

I'm not a boss in a game I'm the demi boss that you have to get by to take a crack at the big guy :D:gtpflag::cool: @praiano63 and @Motor City Hami are the bosses around here.:boggled:
And you are who I am coming after since I have to get past you first. Besides, you beat me in my shootout, time to return the favor:mischievous:.....................well, maybe....maybe not:irked:

I've gotta say that i'm struggling with the transmission for my Street Racer Scooby, I've tried every way I can think of setting it and it seems to make absolutely no difference!
