Yeah, there was some chat about that time in the last race I ran early Sunday evening... 5 of us in from top 10 qualifiers were racing together... same reaction from all of us...

Another TRL guy set an amazing time in the M4 at Suzi last night... I'd managed to chip a bit more off to get down to a 2'07.4, and was feeling pretty good until I looked at the top 10 stars and saw someone over a second faster. TRL_Ixis (or similar - Spanish driver)... the lap was amazing... full width everywhere, right on the grip limit... not even a slight throttle feather through Dunlop.

The Meganes are still fast but like everyone is saying, the M4 is where it is at now. For some reason, I can't drive the M4 as well as the Audi TT. I was 2 seconds faster consistently on the TT versus the M4 during qualifying yesterday in Suzuka. I also caught a few M4s on the straights with the TT and ended up 3rd from a starting position of 8th. It was all M4s in front of me, plus 1 Megane.

From reading this thread, looks like the M4 is suited to some drivers and not others.

I can drive M4 at approx. same pace as other cars but I don't like its hadling characteristics and of course don't like to drive the same car as others are driving, so for me it's Viper, Lancer, Atenza, Corvette, etc.
