 Wow. Everyone who makes it to the final race should be proud of themselves, really. Imagine D2 being around these times as well

Unfortunately I have to leave for work in an hour so sorry :x, wish I could. In other news, **** Kyle Busch.
Amazing sounds like something you'd hear people doing online, not in a real racing series. :dunce: unbelievable.
Word... would have been 1-6 that tight if I hadn't thrown it in the kitty litter at the Dunlop hairpin toward the end of the race. :ouch:
I was 3s behind CSL when be both pitted then my pit crew wasted 8 seconds so I had to push super hard. Nastra was on my draft holding on as we slowly reeled in CSL and Rees.. got the gap down to 10s to Minion and then my brakes decided to stop working and took an off. :(
Only made 2 mistakes the whole race (the kitty litter incident, and I had a burn-out in the same corner round lap 10-ish when the tires were first starting to fall off). So I'm pleased with my finishing spot... could have gone a lot worse.
Everything was pretty clean out there (me and CSL traded paint a bit in the early going... don't think that was anyone's fault really). And it was good fun. 👍

I look forward to an epic Season. It's going to be so hard to make the top5.
You guys were catching us? :scared: I had no idea, was putting as quick as possible laps down for myself, reeling in Nep and Minion starting around lap 18. :)
Just needed 1-2 more laps, regretting waiting till lap 15 to pit, but got a lap lead, guess that's good.:)

I was really only expecting 6-9th for this race, 5th or better and I was happy, very surprised early on to see I had a real shot at a win, very pleased to grab a podium in the first round, never expected it at this track.:)

Great racing Dr, Nep, and Red, a few bumps with each of you, some my fault, everything seems to pan out without real incident in the end though.👍

Thank you guys for a very good race. 👍

Me and Nepal got a pretty clean and decent start wich turned into a small lead after a few laps. I was behind and trying to not let him go. Then i decided to be bit more agressive to see how it would go. Everytime i overtaked Nep, he would try to take the lead back and we started to lose our lead, battleing for the 1st place, losing a lot of time everytime we went together at the chicane.

Then i decided to be more passive and just go with the draft, to save my tires and not let you guys catch up with us.

Two or three laps before the pit stop, i believe Nep tires started to slow him a bit and CSL managed to catch us up. I finally was able to pass Nep and get a 1.5sec lead before the pit stop.

Nep pited one lap before me and when i got out of the pit i was like 3 seconds behind with cold tires. After a small mistake by him i managed to get the draft back and got to take the lead around lap 22 or 23. We had a pretty good battle amost the whole race. Thank you for that Nep :)

Also i would like to thank Aderrrm!
Practicing and talking with him during the week, definitely improved my skills with the car.
Thanks buddy :)

You are welcome Minion. Great battle we had, and great driving from you. You didnt crack under the pressure and kept up the pace. Well done. Nice to see new drivers being fast and bringing excitment to the series. I had a blast today, and the next races will be the same. 👍

Never had any type of connection problems before, now with my new ISP I have them. What the hell!!

Amazing race in D1 today. The only thing that went wrong in that race was when the barriers in the final chicane got knocked onto the track. The chicane was temporarily changed into an obstacle course  Anyways I had a great time battling it out with Moleman. Bumper to bumper for half of the race, and I don't think we touched once except for the chicane at the end. I knew it would end up coming down to the chicane on the final lap, luckily I managed to squeeze through in front. Fantastic racing and an excellent way to start out the season 👍

I want to say I'm sorry to spyhunter for the first lap. Also it felt like god smited me for running him off the road with a power outage. I feel like I ruined spyhunter's race and I and willing to accept a penalty because of it.

That's a real shame for you two. Knowing my luck, that will happen to me tonight. :nervous:

Hahaha no man, be positive, we've taken all the load of bad luck for the day. You are now completely safe.
Well, guess what happened to me! 👎

My fronts locked up on Lap 8 and went into the dirt at Dunlop while following forced but I still had 2nd locked up. Three or four laps later, the whole grid started crashing or something and eventually, I was in the room by myself.

Yeah, my season's over already. :(

Wait, so outlaw... let me get this straight; the whole room crashed on lap 8?

It was more on Lap 10-11 but it was only from my perspective. They are still racing which only means I somehow got disconnected without actually getting disconnected.

Im currently spectating the race, and I saw outlaw disappear from my screen, so I assumed he had quit the race for some reason. I quit the spectator mode and I see outlaw in the lobby with the loading bar! Could this have to do with anything?

Very unlucky outlaw, you were on fire keeping up with Forced.

I've had something like this happen before but it was always something wrong happening on the host's end. I saw each driver one by one dropping out until I was the last one in the room and when I came back to the lobby, everyone had loading bars except me. I even posted a message saying "What happened?" but I got no response. It's like I got thrown into the Twilight Zone.

The funny thing is that I don't feel mad at all, just numb, completely numb. This was my best track and a podium finish was taken from me just like that. Guess I won't be going to Laguna Seca as I will be on vacation during Thanksgiving weekend. I might just drop the series entirely. :(

(Though for the record, my times compared to Forced were about the same so I don't think I had anything for him)

I don't know if I'd give up that easy, just the first race and all. We've all had some form of terrible lag or dc incidents, sometimes updates massively help, you never know it might all be worked out for you soon.

The racing room was weird from the beginning. I haven't been able to view any lap times in spectator mode even after watching for a couple of laps.

Outlaw, great driving out there tonight. You and I checked out! After 7 laps, I began planning on a full race with you and I locked in the draft and having it go down to the last lap. When I saw you go off behind me in the right hander before schumacher esses, I knew if I could run mistake free that I had the win. Great racing with you and I look forward to more super clean battles. I was sad when you lagged out (or whatever the hell that was.) PSN FTL. Whatev, like you said, you def had 2nd place locked up (and if made a mistake up front, you would have been right back in it to compete for the win.)

Keep your head up high there buddy:cheers:

14.3 in the race, never improved on my PB of 14.0. 13.7 theoretical...boy oh boy, Adam really kicked our butts this week with that 13.2. We need to practice at GVR guys!! :)

First off, great race tonight guys. Forced dominated as I expected. Really wish Outlaw didn't have his problem with the room because my battle at the end would have been even more exciting as it would have been for the final podium spot. Needless to say when Brosif and Egg come back that room is going to be bonkers!

Really glad I escaped the weekend with a 2nd place finish and a bonus point for leading a lap. 👍

@ ketiux: because fitftw had issues with his DLC and didn't make tonight's race, you can take his spot, which is the only one available at the moment.

Sponsors? Seems like a cool idea. How?

Email them and professionally and kindly ask them if you can use their logo. If you're even nicer, you might be able to get them to give you stuff to give away. In my case, I know people in the right places. ;)

Lol, I had a feeling you were going for that point, and thought about staying out longer just to see just how much you wanted it, but decided against it ;)

I was in front of you though.

Updating results sheet now. Should have points sheet up by tomorrow night. Need to find out who all lead a lap from D3.

outlaw ;_;
So sad to hear that man. You're a monster @ N GP/F
I'm beginning to think you're Playstation is sick. If you're wired I wonder if you have a busted NIC. The odd issues you've been having could just be packet-loss... Games run on a stateless protocol so packet loss causes really strange stuff.
Honestly if you're wired I'd try wireless; see if that helps.
I'd expect the game to actually crash or lock-up if you're system was having problems beyond the networking.
Something has to have gone sour on you recently though. You're connection has always been ok before and now you're having all kinds of strange issues suddenly. Seems like they've been getting worse too.

Told ya you'd end up 2nd. So much for 4th for me. :indiff:

Seriously, I really don't know if I want to continue. I really need to think about this and I'll have an answer by mid-week.
