Some people prefer certain cars.

It also helps recognise certain drivers and race cars keep their liveries.

Anyway, I've added a couple more to my gallery, hit the link in my sig to go there.

Nice t.o.

That Bel Air is begging for me to paint it. I'm going to have to wait until I have allot of spare time so I can take my time with it.

My entry in the photomode competition... A bit nervous about it, so, what do you guys think? :D

Nice angle and exposure. Beautiful car too. But I wish the sky didn't go so white. Unfortunate to expose the car properly.

Thanks! And, yeah, I usually find it pretty hard to capture a sunset/sunrise well. keeping the overall picture dark without the car getting too dark si something I haven't figured out, yet :(

You are shooting into the sun. Shoot with the sun towards your back. The sun will then illuminate the car while allowing for the sunrise/ sunset. This is what I did in my Charger Daytona pic. Although it is a little dark, there is plenty of detail in the sky that I could brighten it up without it going white.

Thought about that, too... Only problem is, I can't seem to replicate the lighting on the car if I was to position it differently in relation to the light source.

seperate them in different layers in photoshop and tune them individually?
That would probably be the best solution...

Yeah, you need to choose a good overall exposure or the specific lighting you want when facing the sun.

That would probably be the best solution...

If you are going to use a photo editing program, shoot a little dark. You can fix the shadows. But highlights are different. Once they are gone, you cannot get them back. Or use a gradient overlay and make it slightly transparent. I will use a rectangle and fill it it a color and use a gradient to get the bottom of the rectangle where the tree line is will be completely transparent. Then use a transparency to bring some of the clouds and other visible stuff in the sky.

Whoever say livery editor doesn't add to a racing sim has never ran in a good League!

Exposure 67
Contrast 73
Color 72
Brightness 67
Sepia 11

it's the same as always. For the tunnel, I just turned the exposure to 100. I play with the amount of color depending on the color of the car.

:at-symbol:Hoodboi Is that a red tint? It looks great!

Another. I normally do (640 x 360) but since there's only 1 i did (1024 x 576) hope it is not too big.
