Hamilton: Fair play to him, having great pace and not making any mistakes, but the last two races have demonstrated that started the front runners at the back is not a punishment, even without the rain he probably still could've challenged for a podium.
Bottas: At this point I'd be wondering, "Are they ever going to let me try and win a race?"
Vettel: Without his off I'm still not sure he would have won. He had the right idea with strategy and the team didn't, but even so he couldn't manage the tires. Had he not gone off he probably would have then pitted for either inters or ultra-softs seconds before the safety car was called and then either have to pit again for dry tires or lose the lead anyway.
Raikkonen: Not much to say, just unfortunate he couldn't catch Bottas in a very anti-climactic finale.
Ricciardo: Without his engine blowing his choice of tires could've worked out well as he could've gone all the way to the safety car without pitting.
Verstappen: Played virtually no role in this race, probably for the best with his track record.
Haas: All over the place but somehow Grosjean still grabbed sixth.
Renault: Another expected result.
Force India: Good race for them climbing their way through.
Sauber: The tables turned with Ericsson being clean and Leclerc spinning left, right and center.
McLaren: Vandoorne didn't actually retire which Sky didn't pick up on, and Alonso's new signature move appears to be retiring with a lap to go.
Williams: Their pace has improved but apparently their reliability hasn't.
Toro Rosso: That's a very important point for Hartley, hasn't had a clean weekend in ages. I'm not sure who's strategy call that was with Gasly, perhaps they're on Hungary time and anticipated the rain which of course is hitting the circuit after the race.
